The room I got was completely different from what I saw on the pictures and what I expected, but it was not a problem for me and I liked the room I got as well. What I didnt like was other guests shouting in the hallway in the morning when checking out, seems all the guests shouted so perhaps its just bad acoustics. This was also a minor issue.

I found spidernet everywhere, and a really big spider behind of the curtain. At check out, the payment terminal was out of order, because of the network..I had to wait a lot, finally they sent me to pick cash up.I paid wxtra 3.99 eur transaction cost for it. It was really not nice from such a hotel...

I was given a card to a room that already had someone in so I walked in on a person going into the shower at 11:30 pm! No tea in the room. One night my access card did not work and I struggled at 11 pm to alert someone at reception.

It took us about half an hour to get in - we arrived outside reception hours and it was not communicated how to access the room, we had to call them a couple of times before they answered. At the end everything was well explained and we were able to get to our room.

Easy to find, nice looking and comfortable.There is a charging station in the parking and unfortunately fuel cars do not respect it and park there.

There is private hotel parking which was full, so we had to search for our own parking on the street, which was very inconvenient. If there is parking advertised we count on it to have it 😅 We asked if it's possible to have two rooms together but we didn't get it but it was just a minor inconvenience. Elevator is really small, old and quite loud.. Lounge room has no doors to bathroom, single room on the other hand has doors.

A very minor detail. The bell in the elevator was extremely loud, almost startling.

Very limited storage for clothing and personal effects. After storing the duvets, there was one cubby hole left for all or stuff, because the safe and reefer took up the others. No AC, which in the heat meant we had to open our window, permitting a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles and cars driven too aggressively.

As I saw that guest weren't there just from Austria, the English and being communicative from receptionists would be nice id it would improve.

Location was pretty nice. Having paring space in their own parking lot in the inner part of hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing and tasty. The room was perfectly clean and big.

Breakfast can be enjoyed at café-style tables, they are not really comfortable, they don't have a tablecloth on them.

There is good parking in the hotel yard. The breakfast is plentiful, the staff is very kind. There are excellent hiking opportunities nearby.

The parking costs 10€ and this is not mentioned on their website. I was also taking the breakfast there but I think 18€ is overpricesd for the service.

When going for breakfast, all was dark. "The staff is sick, no staff". So no breakfast. Also, not clear communication on where to get key, as reception was not staffed when we arrived (at 19).
