Beds weren´t that comfortable, one mattress was very stiff, one very soft, no slatted bed bases, just boards. Ok for a night or two. All in all older furnishings and bathroom fixtures.

Very nice and friendly staff. Good location to reach the city center via tram in less than 10 min. Breakfast was plenty and overall of good quality. Spacious rooms. Good hotel for an overnight stay on the route to and from Italy.

Some noise from the busy road, airport and railway all adjacent to the hotel, but that was to be expected given the convenience of local transport options. No aircon so a fan would have been welcome (and removed the need to open windows, thereby keeping noise levels down).

I didn't have any real problems, but the airplanes could be quite noisy (as could the trains, but I didn't mind those). The tap in my room was a little unreliable at times.

Nice spacious room, which was clean and tidy; the breakfast was nice (and they did cereal which is always good); best was the fact that the tram stop was right outside so it was very easy to get into the city centre.

The hotel and the room were a bit worn out, the rate is pricey for what you get (but compared to other options in Innsbruck it’s affordable), for sensitive sleepers who like their window open at night it might be uncomfortable due to noisy planes going up and down early in the morning (close to the airport), 20 mins by foot to the city center

Very old fashioned and obsolete equipments : shower and bathroom, decoration from another time and not clean. Quality of the breakfast quite cheap and bread not of first freshness. Very loud because of the nearby airport. Unacceptable for a three-stars hotel.

Rooms looked a bit tired, almost forgotten on 8th floor. Erratic placing of furniture leaving power points halfway up walls.

Connecting rooms with an amazing view. Large rooms. Tram stop outside. 2 or 5 into town or 25 min walk. Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast wasn't the highest quality.

The parking place is available instant, so when you arrive you can park your car comfortably and then easily go to the check-in. The man from check-in was very nice and helpful.

unfortunately, pillows werent very comfortable and although the duvet covers seemed clean, there were gross stains which were unpleasant to know you were sleeping with. one of our bedside table lamps didnt work and the bathroom wasnt the best.. but was functional. basic selection of food for breakfast and unfortunately the coffee machines coffee wasnt great

parking was good, they were able to offer us a secure place in a garage for the night. staff were very friendly and helpful, and room was spacious.

Really nice place to stay, it was clean, the room was big and comfy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was nice, there could have been more of a selection of meats and cheese but was all tasty and replenished well. It was great to have parking, you can pay extra to go in the garage which was perfect for us as when we were leaving it was raining so we could stay dry. The tram is right outside so can get you into town easily or it’s about 20 mins to walk.

The wifi signal was poor and maybe there could be more power sockets.

The room was nice, spaceous and comfy. It had a tv, a wide desk, a chair, nightstands and a nice wardrobe for your things. The staff was amiable and helpful. The breakfast was good, had a lot of different food and was very tasteful. The location is great since it's near a tram station that goes directly to the city centre.

The matresses were thin and they only use a duvet, even in summer. We stayed in August and there isn't air conditioning so the room got very warm, but not unbearable. But the duvet was just a little too much. The TV didn't work.

The hotel is in a more residential area so there were lots of big stores nearby. The tram and bus stop were right across from the hotel so it was easy to get where we wanted to go. Our room was enormous. The shower was good. The decorating scheme looked straight out of 1995 but everything was in good condition. Breakfast had lots of options. If you need a budget option, or you've got a school group travelling, this would be a decent choice.
