- staff was friendly but 'just there', - water pressure in the shower was terrible (you can barely wash yourself), - toilet is so old that they can no longer clean it (it's brown) - no TV in the room - no other accessories in the room (everything is available at the reception).

- great location, - comfy beds, - good quality hairdryers, - warm and big rooms equipped with tables, chairs, wardrobes.

Staff. They were very-very nice, polite and helpful. With excellent English. Location. Next to the underground (subway, metro). Tram D, tram 1, the Hauptbahnhof aren't far. The street is quiet.

my problem there was very old and small bathroom, where it was even hard to move and the bathroom staff looked so old, damaged and not aesthetic. Bathroom was really bad. Room was normal, but the linen also looked so old and used 10000 times. I believe that price is high for this kind of rooms.

Because it was the best budgeted (cheap) version while searching for hotel in Vienna (But it is not cheap hotel generally, just compared others in Vienna), I didn’t have big expectations. Main advantages are: good location (You can easily go anywhere by walking or public transport) and close place to the HBF of Vienna (maximum 10 minutes by walking), nice and helpful staff, 24 hours reception and good opportunity to leave your luggage for free in their closed room without taking them to the lockers when you have still some hours to explore city until your flight. If you plan to be all day out, while come back just for shower and sleep, this is normal, but if you plan to spend there more time, this isn’t so comfortable place for this.

It's not as clean as it could be, needs a bit of a deep cleaning once in a while; but i'd like to point out there aren't any weird smells or anything, it's just an old building so it needs a little bit more maintenance.

It's real close to the subway so you can get quick to the city center and many places. The staff is friendly and helpful, they all speak english in case you don't speak german. Nice vibe, lots of travelers and families staying there. It does have a bit of a hostel vibe, however I'm not saying this as a bad thing, what i mean is that it's not a luxurious hotel for you to spend your days, it's a nice and safe hotel for you to spend the night while you spend your day traveling through the city.

Very, very basic. But fine for the price!

This property is a former university dorm build. Consider that as you book and you'll be happier. Clean, friendly staff, good location (close to train station and not far from the city center). The breakfast smelled delicious, although I opted not to pay extra for it.

The room did not had a hair dryer or basic amenities. I travelled with family, so would have been convenient to have some basic amenities - no coffee machine as well, or kettle, not sure if it was suppose to be requested.

Great location, good rooms, nice comfortable bed, big nice table for working, friendly staff. Only 5 minutes walk from the main train station which is connected to Metro. It was convenient to go anywhere, all the historical sites are close and easily accessible. The hotel staff was really good, and accommodating . We were able to store our bags after checking out - Would definitely come back, even if I am traveling solo. We drank water from the tap and they have apples or fruits near the front desk which are free.

The bathroom was rather old and had chips here and there. While our child was delighted to find lots of wooden sticks in her nightstand, we thought that housecleaning could have checked that. On that, not cleaned every day.

We really liked the breakfast buffet, with a great choice of cereals, breads, some warm food, fruit, and even a Sacher torte. The room was very spacious, and had enough storage for all our luggage. The working fridge allowed for a snack or two at home. Child liked the sweets at the reception, parents appreciated the free fruits.
