Contrary to the bright apartment room, the hallway to the lift and to our apartment room is quite dark and scary and it felt not really safe if we came back at night. Luckily we are a group of 5, so it felt safer to move in group. The pots and pans provided are quite small and not big enough to cook for 5. No salt, sugar, pepper or oil provided which is a bit dissapointing as we have to buy it ourselves. IMO, if the apartment provides a kitchen for cooking, it needs to be completed with basic cooking ingredients too such as oil and salt

The location is great! Really near to tram stop and only 15 minutes by public to Wien HBF. There is also Billa supermarket nearby. The apartment is really bright, clean and spacious, comfortable for 5 adults

The pillows are so bad, i could barely sleep. Please change the pillows,friendly advice. It doesn't cost too much,and it would mean a lot for the guests. Also, the floors were not clean, and neither were the curtains. Please, focus on those things for the next guests. Also, what doesn't cost so much is having tea and coffee in the apartment. It means a lot for the guests.

The apartment was so warm, it felt like a relief to hide from the windy Vienna in January. The sheets were clean,and the bathroom also. It was close to the tram station, so you can get to the center easily. I would recommend this apartment for stay, it is good value for the money.

I can't say that there are negative aspects, rather I would make some recommendations for improvement: 1. In the bathroom: - a small trash can would be necessary - a hanger would be necessary to hang the clothes you take off when you go to the shower 2. In the kitchen: - it would have been useful to have some portions of coffee for the existing coffee machine there and some tea bags. This is especially useful for short-term tourists (1-3 nights) and especially those who arrive on Saturday or Sunday and who do not have time to look for shops in the area or do not find them open. This is usual in many cities in Europe and in many properties (especially since it is not a high cost but ensures "mental" comfort for the tourist). 3. In the bedroom: - I would recommend a slightly higher position of the TV - in the current situation it is at the level of the bed mattress and it is difficult to watch TV. We were not necessarily bothered by this because we were too tired, but we noticed this and I think it can be easily improved. Be very careful when parking your car on the street..... parking is free ONLY after 10 pm and on weekends. In the rest of the time, the maximum parking duration is 2 hours and it is quite expensive if you choose this option for several hours. I recommend the PAYUCA application - it is a network of private garages at reasonable costs and there are about 3 near the apartment

The noise from the street is a bit of a problem, the sound isolation of the whole apartment is bad. We also smelled the cigarette smoke coming from another apartment. One of the beds was really noisy. Would be nice to have some bathroom hooks to hang the towels, paper towels in the kitchen and also the basic salt and sugar.

Great location, 1 minute to tram, Billa, tobaco shop to get tram tickets. Spacius main rooms, good kitchen with loads of plates, glasses etc.. Loved the blinds that make the room dark and all the utilities like the iron, drying rack, hairdryer, microwave, toaster ...

The apartment was not fully cleaned up, including the table, and most kitchen utilities and utensils - plus when you know there is a bigger group coming it would be good to put extra cleaning supplies and more towels etc. The communication on the check in was not as clear and we were not able to just lock the door and then had to call the company that manages it which is sometimes not as easy if people don't have roaming etc. But certainly good value for the money, especially in Vienna!

Fair value for money for a larger group, especially if traveling with friends, and while not at a central location you can access it with solid public transport in Vienna. Big advantage is the elevator in the building.

The only problem we had during the stay is the wifi connection. They need replace with new one or may be buy better one / use AP on each floor and configure correctly so most of the devices like i.e laptop can connect.

System for door opening inside the building was not working (dialing a number ->door should open), it was a luck that another person leaving there helped us and we finally got the keys. Other 3-4 days we were waiting when technician will fix the door and it was uncomfortable to know that somebody can lock it and nobody can help us because technician is not working on weekends and nights. Another uncomfortable thing was that civil staff was working during all 14 days on scaffolding in front of our windows.

Good location, 25min by walk from the main railway station and in general is not far from the city center. Near is a tram station. Good apartment, all what was needed was in place.

Code to open the door of the building. We had to call by phone, which cost me 80 cents each time because I was in roaming.

The apartment had all the necessary things for a stay. Coffee machine, kettle, iron, toaster, all necessary dishes, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was excellent, tv...
