When we came, the heating wasn't on, but we solved it very fast. However, TV wasn't working.

The pictures are not representative of what the room looked like. (The room was tiny and looked worn-out.) The bathroom was a little dirty (the vent truly needs cleaning). The fridge and heater were both loud. I do not understand the setup with the reception where you have to call & wait to have someone to talk to, even during the hours the reception is supposed to be "open". The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but is actually pretty okay.

The staff (both on the phone and in-person) was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were dark enough to allow for 100% undisturbed sleep - I really liked that.

The outside was a bit intimidating when I arrived and I wasn't sure what to expect. In the end I loved it though!

Friendly staff, the perfect size room for one. The facilities were clean and surpassed my expectations. The shower was great and easily accessible. Very close to multiple different transport routes. Room felt quite new.

The reception hours posted at the door are not accurate. I had to wait with my luggage out front for 2 hours. Sign said Sunday hours began at 11, yet no one appeared to let me in until just before 1 pm. Also, I had to call someone to ask them how/when to pay them for my room - no one ever appeared at reception. However, the people with whom I interacted (1 in person and 1 on the phone) were pleasant, helpful and courteous.

The neighbourhood doesn't seem to be super safe, but we had no big problems, just some people enjoying beers sitting on the pavement.

It is well reachable from the rain station. The apartment is quite spacious with equipped kitchen. Bathroom OK. TV in the room, beds were comfortable.

The building is old and the access door to the building is kept unlocked, but this didn't affect my stay as I made sure to lock my room all the time

Access to the hotel was mostly through a side door with reception only used to collect room keys. Quirky but it worked. Room access is up a curved staircase, thankfully the owner carried my case up for me and my room was on the first floor.

Small apartment 2 subway stops from the Opera - the subway was 250 metres away. Clean apartment,comfy bed, hot shower plus a kitchenette with fridge, sink and small cooking hob. Friendly staff who I think was probably the owner. Although out of the centre of Vienna there were plenty of local shops and eateries at better value for money than in the touristy areas.

The facilities could be better and the location is not where the kaisers lived but safe.

Good connection with tranportation and a large size of the apartment. 80 EUR for a night around Christmas is a great deal despite of the fact that the facilties could be newer. Wish more, pay more.

The room was very small and it was very loud and noisy. In my opinion too expensive for what you get.

Clean and warm, close to the subway and every other type of public transportation. You get what you see in the pictures.

I’ve never seen a hotel that clean - really appreciated. The location was very good, as well as the room itself. Amazingly comfortable bed.

- I couldn't get my tv to work, I think there was a problem with the socket. - I had not received checkin instructions, I thought it was 24h reception. I called a number on the door and I was advised on how to get into the property, but this could be a problem for people travelling from abroad that can not make intl calls.

- The room was of good standard, had a fridge, tv and the bathroom worked well. - Good value for money - Very close to Vienna central station, good for transferring.

I have to say the area where the apartment locates is not very safe. There are fewer native (Austrian) citizens living in this area. Before your traveling, it is important to check if you can accept this safety problem, especially for women and girls.

Very nice staff and the public transport is convenient, the hotel is close to the metro station. The apartment is big enough. The facilities are equipped in the apartment.

Very convenient location only two minutes walk from the underground. Good communication, no problem with check in though our flight was delayed and we arrived late night.
