How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The apartament was really great, nice, clean, with wifi, near to the metro station. Communication with the staff 10/10. Parking place available. Possibility to sit, relax and drink wine on the gorgeus balcony after a hard day of sightseeing - 10/10. I also recommend Gasthaus Schwaigerwirt, it is a terrific reastaurant nearby. Put it in one sentence: if I visit Vienna once again - I will be back here. Greetings

Great place to stay. We are very happy to choose this apartment. It was clean, cozy and spacious. Good location, especially we liked the park along Danube. Tree minutes walk from subway.

Very much like being in our own apartment. Washer and dryer. Large tub. Nice sitting area with 2 balconies. Easy check in, on site parking, close to Billa, Stadtpark and the tram with an easy 15-30 min ride to Stephensplatz and other areas.

Drying function of the washing machine was not working even for two items of clothing.
Apartment was big and clean. We had all the facilities needed to cook there and to work remotely using the Wi-Fi. Grocery stores and the train are minutes away so nothing is too far. Would definitely come back

If could offer big fry pot will be better for a group since we booked 2 rooms and having meal together.

Vety spacious clean apartment. New modern apartmenthouse. Modern furniture, very well equipped. Comfortable bed. Very easy access. Polite host. Welcome drinks etc. Washing masine, dishwasher and dishes. All sorts of cookware. Iron and ironing board.

The weather was cold during our stay. Even if we asked for the heating to be turned on, the temperature in the apartment was still low.

Very small parking, problem for a bigger car but that's not the problem of the hotel/residences but Vienna parking in general. Be prepared to figure out smart parking moves if coming by bigger car. That is probably the only thing in this great apartment hotel.
Awesome and comfy beds, very cozy slope roof windows, good connection to city center (15 minutes with S-Bahn). The terrace is the absolute winner, nice view of surrounding areas and great spot for late night glass of wine during summer. Great fitout of the appartment, fully equipped kitchen with all utinesils, bath AND shower.

Very good, comfortable, spacious apartment. It is situated in Florisdorf, but it is just a 5-minute walk to metro station and several supermarkets. What we liked most are big terrace; comfortable mattress on the bed; separate bathroom and toilet. It is costly, but it is worth all the money. Besides, for Vienna, it is reasonable. Location is a little bit far from Centrum but Tram is closed. It takes about 30min to go to City by Tram.(6km)
This apartment was so cosy. I stayed with my Family and Freind. They said "All perfect". Big Supermarket is very closed. And Host was so nice and she checked everything for me. I was talking through message with her whenever I need a help, she was very helpful. We were so happy with our stay at the hostel.
