the bed was a little firm for my own preference. The breakfast was standard.

The bedroom was a good size, it felt a little dated but was very clean and comfortable although i found the bed to be a little firm for my liking. The bathroom however was fabulous very warm with heated radiator and good shower, it looked like it had been modernized which was a little different to the bedroom area. The Balcony area would be nice in the summer to sit out although i think it was shared with other rooms on the same level. The hotel was in a nice location with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from.

I wish I didn't have to ask for my room to be cleaned since I left the tag outside my door every morning for them to clean my room. To my great dismay, unfortunately, every time I returned from my tour of the city I found that the room had not been cleaned. Also even for a single occupancy room, there were only 2 sockets to use which doesn't meet my needs since I needed more. Also, the shower was very small. You could barely turn yourself around. Their bathrooms definitely need an upgrade.

I didn't like that cleaning less in the room was non-existent and the staff wasn't the friendliest I've met. It was very unpleasant for me to ask for new clean towels or to clean my room. I stayed there for 5 days and I had to ask the receptionists to say to the cleaning lady to clean my room. Also, for letting know other visitors, if they want to have the transport provided by the hotel to know that there is an additional cost which is quite expensive.

I liked that it was a quiet place and that even if they were not the most polite staff (the people working there) I have met in my visits around Europe at least they found solutions to almost all of my problems, which I appreciated a lot.

the interior is very dated and sadly has been ‘modernised’ with bright paint in the hallways which takes away from the old style building.

the property has a great buffet breakfast and is in east walking distance to the centre particularly all the Christmas markets. staff are very helpful. bathrooms are small but very clean.

Clean and nice room and friendly personnel. The city hall and many tram lines are just in a few minutes walk distance. Breakfast is excellent.

The hotel building looks very old inside on the hall, reception etc. But it was not as minus for us because of the rest was excellent.

We had the room with balcony and it was wonderfull, if coming back in spring-fall time we will enjoy it much more! The room is very nice, new, comfy and very clean. We also loved breakfast. Hotel is in very good, centrical location, we were using public transportation very easily. We will be back when coming to Wiena again.
