East Side of city, but within walking distance of Quay and centre... very convenient, lovely helpful staff.

Fantastic location. Suite was lovely and clean and was well equiped. There were a couple of things that would stop us from returning….the shower over the baths were really high to have to step out of. There are no sheer curtains. With apartments directly opposite, you could not have your curtains open if you wanted privacy in your room. No fresh air circulation. When people are cooking there is no way for any cooking odours to disperse. The lobby area nears the lifts of our floor had a terrible food odour for a day or two. It’s a design fault not having a window in each suite that could at least open a small amount to allow fresh air in. Unfortunately the vents in the rooms do little to help the issue. This is the biggest reason that will prevent us from returning, which is a shame because the suites, value for money, cleanliness and service were all fantastic.

Stepping into the shower felt really dangerous as tiles may be slippery. Key card doesn't work one night and staff were not really helpful.

The larger of the twin beds is tired, the springs on the edge of the bed are collapsed. Needs replacing. However, it was comfortable enough. The shower stall needs a shelf for the toiletries. Body moisturiser was not provided. We were on the 2nd floor with a view of a car park and walls of buildings.

The staff were wonderful and responded quickly and in a positive way to my requests before and while we were there. The apartment had all we required. The bedrooms are separated by the lounge, which I liked. we had a coffee machine which we used every day. The rooms are only serviced every 7 days. However, you can collect fresh towels, toiletries, coffee pods, and milk as required. It was quiet

The balcony with the 2 air-conditioners on it pumping hot and noisy air to you. The right one was mine and the left one was my neighbours which shouldn't be on my small balcony. The balcony's are not enjoyable.

Lots of noisy fans outside if you opened the window and a nonstop fan in the bathroom.

What was the charge added at the end of my trip? I wasn't told about that. I never used any of the chargeable items or made any calls. The guy on the front desk was very nice.

Modest Painting and decorating would lift the whole ambience. Stained furniture needs updating. Taps stiff and difficult to control at times. Mattress felt worn and very soft.

The toilet smelled like there was a drainage issue. The number and days of cleaning (house service) were unclear, so it caused a bit of inconvenience.

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the river and to the Red Cat bus stop. The room was large and well air conditioned tempereature reached 41 in perth during our stay. There was a good level of kitchen utencils and plates but that could be improved. could do with replacing. The bed was good and reasonably comfortable . Washing machine needed the plumbing changed but that was done very quickly for us.

Some lights were out or flashing. Aircon effective but dripped a lot of water onto the TV. Is this dangerous? Steps to enter very difficult with heavy luggage,need a ramp.

Very spacious ,well equipped apartment. Amazing for family use. All we needed was supplied,washing machine,tumble dryer,microwave etc. Nice view over the rooftops from the 10th floor. Late check in with excellent communication.
