Clean and comfortable. Good position close to zoo but it was noisy next to highway. One of the main reasons we selected this spot was due to free wifi but unfortunately the wifi is not strong enough to use for anything so we ended up having to pay $100 extra on our prepaid service for extra data to keep our daughter happy.

Our cabin was close to the road so there was some road noise,nothing that kept us away

Discovery park was a wonderful place to stay the grandkids had a ball on the waterpark.The park was very well kept and staff were helpful and friendly

Very uncomfortable bed & pillows. No fans in the bedrooms, and far too much road noise to leave a window open for airflow. Kitchen only had 1 small saucepan, not really enough to make yourself dinner.

Location. Conveniently located near to Western Plains Zoo. Kids liked the pool, water slide and the inflatable bounce cushion. Good water pressure in the shower.

Double bed was not really big enough for myself & my partner & was not comfortable. Kids also said the beds were uncomfortable.

The mattress on one of the bunks was very worn and you could feel the gap in the bed base. The water pressure in the shower was not that great.

The facilities in the cabin were good for what we needed. The pools and waterpark were a big bonus for the kids. Even though outside the centre of town the location was great for exploring the area.

Having a double bed as the main bed in the cabin was a little squishy.

The pool was amazing! Two to choose from. Great fun, and a plenty of chairs and sun beds to relax on.

Definitely need a fan in the kids bunk room. Had to have the air con that cold to get to their room for them to sleep and the place was freezing to get it to them

Car spots at cabins need repainting. We couldn’t park our car in our spot due to the neighbour parking in the middle of the whole thing.

The cabins were very hot. The room with the air-con was cold because we had it on high trying to cool down the rest of the cabin. It really didn't work very efficiently. We slept through some very hot nights.

I swimming pool playground was a huge hit with the kids. They loved it! Easy access to the zoo. Staff was nice. Cabin and park in general was clean and neat.

While the cabin had all the basics, it was the bare minimum. It would have been handy to have things like a floor mat so we weren’t bringing in mud, clothes airer for drying towels and a few spare towels (we were there during a rare wet period for Dubbo and really struggled to get anything to dry). But for the price I understand the minimal kit-out.

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was very clean and had the basics we needed for our stay. The park itself is very well laid out, great pools and water slide and fun bouncy cushion - my daughter loved it. We backed into the main road but didn’t have any trouble sleeping with road noise etc. The location is also excellent - 2 mins from the zoo and a quick drive into the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.
