The original apartment we were booked in to could have been cleaner.. However once we expressed our feedback to the managers, they relocated us to a nicer apartment without any issues

Bed was uncomfortable and usually I can sleep on most mattresses, couch was old and vinyl and only basic amenities. If you prefer no frills stays then this will suit you Reception staff not very friendly, little interaction other than perfunctory conversation which centred around taking all our details, even when paying for pool towels.

Views were amazing from our high level floor both out to and across the ocean and hinterland

There wasn't an air con unit in the bedroom, but if we ran the one in the lounge and shut all the doors, it cooled the bedroom down too, so it wasn't a huge issue.

Last minute booking and we were located on the 18th floor, the view was uninterrupted and sensational! The facilities are impeccably clean and the pool area is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed and they have thought of small things like tupperware containers and a pair of scissors. TV was easy to use and stream to, the internet was fast and always available. We made lots of friends at the pool and the woman on reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. It is an older building and so not super modern, but the location and value for money are exceptional, love it and will stay again.

Staff at reception seemed bothered by checkin process rather than happy to have you visit. Unrelated issue was for e alarm going off in early morning which required evacuation, nobody’s fault definitely not the complex fault but no fire warden or person in charge to check apartments or communicate with fire department to tell us to return to unit and all was safe.

The extra bed we paid for was extremely uncomfortable due to a very worn thin mattress and a broken bar. My child ended up sleeping on the sofa. A few days into our stay we needed a warmer bed blankets. These were supplied in the cupboard but one of these was blood stained and clearly not cleaned from previous booking. The staff were informed but we weren’t offered a replacement untill the day before we were leaving

Great location across the road from the beach. Near the restaurants, bars, surf/bowls club. Shopping centre nearby. Great facilities, appartment was clean and comfortable and had fantastic views of the beach and mountains. The apartment was spacious for a family. The pool was awesome with a spa pool.

Bit of a walk to supermarket and tram, though bus stop very close. Reception staff very new and not knowledgeable about normal visitors' questions. Had to ask for towels as they have been forgotten. These were small things compared to the brilliant location.

Beautiful ocean view from balcony even on 2nd floor. The best equipped apartment of our stay in Australia. Gold Coast goes on for miles and a car is useful to get around - has free underground parking.

Getting into the property. I arrived late Sunday afternoon after flying from NZ, I was travelling alone. The call centre wanted more info before allowing me access and it was too complicated for me at 76 to work out on my ph. It was 30 minutes before I finally gained access and I was getting rather stressed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Boulevard North. Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed by the Reception staff. Our apartment was modern, well-presented and spotlessly clean, and had a great view over the beach and hinterland. The overall building, plus garden areas and pool were very clean and well-maintained. The location was fantastic - directly across from the beach and a short walk to the Broadbeach shopping & cafe precinct.
