The time limit for swimming and playground.

The room was comfortable and well furnished. The location is superb. The water facilities and playground were fantastic.

Shower was difficult to get into - very high sided bath with shower screen to climb into and this was difficult due to knee issues. Not sure if this was just our unit so cant say it was all room.

Great location with good facilities for both singles and families. Beach across the road. Take away food and Surf club all within a very short walk. Walkable (20 minutes) to local shopping. Check In was very easy and room ready before official time and staff friendly.

The room smelt really horrible and the couches had sweat stains all over it. Lucky we used blankets to cover this.

Some staff weren't very friendly but most were. I thought apartment needed a lick of paint. Needed more hangers and draws for clothes

I would have liked the ability to order room service/delivery from the cafe. There was also no hot chocolate option in the coffee/tea dispenser. The swim up bar not being open was also a disappointment.

The rooms and bathrooms are fairly dated so things like the shower and bath were somewhat unsafe for little kids.

The pool is great for kids, shallow enough that it is a relaxing swim. Beautiful garden and a lovely scenery to swim around.

Like all places near the beach sand gets walked in to the units and wet passage ways could be a bit of a hazard for the elderly who are less stable.

a very good family resort with really good pools. Close to good beaches and surf clubs and handy local shopping.

Unfortunately there are steps from the parking down to the lifts etc so you will have to carry your suitcase! The other drawback is the little bath/shower in the apartment is very high to get into so this was not fab for my husband as he has a prosthetic knee! But that aside its a good stop over!

Good little self contained apartment in a block of low rise, owned, rented or tenanted properties. It had absolutely everything you need - even washer and drier which is such a good bonus for travellers! There is a hood supermarket just on the corner so everything accessible. Good to stop off here for Australia Zoo etc.

The room was dated and in need of a coat of paint from repairs that had been made. Kitchen utensils and bathroom not as clean as it should have been.

The pools were amazing and a great location. Close to everything, great parking and facilities.

The couch in the unit was extremely old and very uncomfortable to sit on, the wifi internet was absolutely appalling and was charged for on a daily basis on top of the room. It was unusable in the unit, had to sit outside on the balcony or down by the pool. The appliances were difficult to use and only instructions for one option was available for the oven. This made cooking difficult.

Has lovely pools and outlook. Units are reasonably comfortable. Nice balconies overlooking the property.

The dishwasher did not clean well so we had to hand wash dishes (1st world problem!), some of the dishes in the cupboard had food on them. Beach/swimming Towels were not included in the room, had to pay $3 extra.

Enjoyed the very large pool. Great for swimming lengths. Enjoyed the top floor room. Great to be able to use a washing machine. The room was exceptionally well designed for the space, very clean.

The room needs some attention. There's not enough cutlery and crockery. There were 4 mismatching plates, 4 forks, and only 3 knives - so we couldn't actually set the table for the family. We had to buy some paper plates, and one night I ate dinner with a spoon. The tech also needs an upgrade. No free WiFi (didn't even know places still did that, it's unusual and seems below what is standard elsewhere) and no smart TV, so we couldn't use our subscription accounts to Netflix/Disney+ etc. We huddled around and watched a movie on a little laptop using the phone's hotspot.

The pool and location were great. We all enjoyed the beach being so close, the selection of shops nearby, the walk over the headland to Mooloolaba, and the option of the beautiful pools.

Self contained apartment was fine but for a one week stay we could’ve used some fresh towels and linen. Also very noisy on the ground level off the main road. We didn’t have any cleaning products or a working broom to clean the room with or much dishwashing liquid and washing detergents which was a bit annoying for a family with young children. Overall was a lovely stay and we would return but ask for a diff room.

the apartment is tired - needs a paint and some kitchen utensils replaced. Not enough toilet paper supplied or reception should remind people on check-in to restock b4 it closes for the day. We had to buy some

Ive stayed before I enjoyed the pool area although we didnt swim this time. being able to sit outside at the bbq etc is good so you arent in the apartment. the bbq is great too

The 1 bedroom apartment, had a bath shower which was very difficult for us to get into as there was no rail to hold on to. We are both 70 and 73 years old.
