Great location - walking distance to beach, close to restaurants and shops. Room was well equipped, clean and tidy. Great value for money. Loved the stay with my family. Will definitely consider staying again in the near future - pehaps the glamping tents next time around :)

The pool wasn't heated and freezing. The bedroom was tiny even with a queen sized bed in it. The TV reception was rubbish and flickered every time a light was turned on. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs outside the front to eat food instead of two useless benches and a coffee table. The people in the room next were rowdy carrying on shouting until midnight.

The room was a good size and well appointed with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The pool was a good size too and there was space to leave the bikes outside the room. Parking was convenient. The park was convenient to access the beach path and beach. Staff were friendly. The room was a good size in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

We stayed 4 nights, I guess we could have asked for new towels and floor matt but just did the towel drying shuffle. I suggest asking guests if they need anything. I hate having to have coins for the washing and drying machines- can someone incorporate this into your tariff and give each guest a token on arrival. THAT would be so helpful to guests.

Great location. Didn’t see any reception staff as we cheeked in after hours but spoke in the phone and staff were very helpful. Beds weren’t particularly comfy but the unit was clean.

Nothing really - kitchen a bit small, but still very adequate.

Most adequate facilities. It was quiet but close to the beach and shops. It looks to have been built in past few years and is in great condition. It is absolutley safe for children and I perceived they enjoyed being there.

A basic but comfortable caravan park. Limited recreation facilities at the Park itself but very nice grassed and shaded tree areas. Very suitable for people that are just happy with the basics. Very well located with good access to the beach and town centre.

Our television only worked with ABC, SBS, and Ten. Something apparently going on with Channels 7 and 9 in the South West which means older tv's need to be replaced, ours hadn't been replaced yet. Apparently new tv's have been ordered.

Clean and tidy villas, we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. It was very spacious. Swimming pool immaculately clean and lovely grounds. We weren't travelling with young children, if you were it has a great playground and lovely gardens fully fenced. Busselton jetty a nice 3.5km walk, through the back gate of the complex and along the coast on a walking/ cycling track.

The location is excellent. Close to shops and walk through to the beach and bike path. The grounds. pool and facilities are well kept and lovely. The games room seems to have been upgraded with more games and toys. Lovely clean BBQ areas.

first glamping experience; compared to photos was very surprised at material of tents; booking in at usual middle of day time in summer, expecting to rest after a long drive, the tent was like a sauna irrespective of 2 fans & a v small ineffective mobile air conditioner; so for the $310 from 2pm to 10am we couldn’t be in the tent until after 4

Our unit was near the main road & car noise was noticable. Needed to drive to restaurants.

The staff were friendly & exceptionally helpful. The back gate with easy beach access. Unit was spacious & bed very comfortable

$440 a night for the villa was extremely expensive, I thought $340 for 4 adults and 2 children in only 2 bedrooms was as much as I would pay. Our extra 4 bunk beds which we paid an additional $100 per night for were not made up when we got there. When we asked for a second key we were told it would cost us $200 if we lost it.

It was small but sufficient and very clean with lovely surroundings. We were on the highway so a bit noisy, but as we really only slept there not a major issue..
