The driveway is really steep but we could manage that (parking at the cottage’s visitor parking space down the hill can be an option for those who are not comfortable with the steep driveway)

This 120 year old cottage is absolutely a gem in Warburton. It’s wonderfully nestled among the gum trees and ferns and bird chirping, with lovely mountain views from the balcony. It’s very close to Yarra River walking tracks and attractions, and conveniently near shops. Belinda is a wonderful host, with very nice communication. Nice offer for breakfast.

The vacuum in the closet was bit smelly so we didn't want to hang out clothes there. But will still return!

Amount of breakfast options a little small, mini bar items had a minimum spend on them, which I didn't realise straight away, so had to spend more, card fee as well. Bubbles for spa bath would have been nice. Very steep driveway, which was not good in the wet.

Room was clean and very comfortable, location was amazing and the electric fire was very warm and made for a nice ambience. Bed was also very comfortable.

Having to go back home after the stay.

The location was good. In Warburton, close to the shops and the river but tucked away from the busy main street. The owner/hostess was very accomodating, friendly and thoughtful. Old world charm with modern amenities and the cosy atmosphere tucked away on a little hill are some of the highlights. Among moss covered trees and shrubs its so relaxing. Get a lungful of fresh mountain air from the balcony to start your day. Kookaburras in the trees, the baby Yarra babbling away throughout the night is the perfect sound to fall asleep to.

Friendly host, great communication, clear check in instructions. Superb breakfast. Despite being 120 year old, everything was very cozy and loved the fireplace! scrumptious breakfast and lovely view.

There is nothing to critique here.

We loved the homely feel of the cottage. The cottage was situated close to the main strip of shops and the river trails. It was peaceful to sit on the balcony and inhale the fresh air, and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. The living and kitchen areas were spacious, clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The cottage was very picturesque and decorated beautifully. Loved the optional breakfast spread that we requested. We were all happy and comfortable with our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The driveway was up a very steep incline and was hard to park 2 cars or have visitors as they have to park at the bottom of a large hill. Elderly parents could not manage all the stairs or the driveway.

Everything about this property was perfect, the location makes it a short walk to cafes, shops, pub and massages. Belinda was super helpful and easy to deal with. The breakfast supplied (for you to cook) is amazing. Lots of games in the cupboards and plenty of places to sit and relax, chat, snooze and enjoy the magnificent views. We will be returning for our annual girls get away next year.

Had to request more towels as we were only supplied with 1 each for showers & the spa, also had to ask for more toilet paper because there was only half a roll & no spare... some lights not working & skylight made room bright way too early...

Beautiful cottage in great location, very relaxing weekend away, delicious breakky supplies & absolutely loved the spa! So peaceful sitting out on the front deck for morning coffee's! Host was super helpful when we couldn't get netflix working 😊

The location was sensational- it was so beautiful, comfortable and family friendly. It is located across the road from the main strip. We did the local treasure hunt, fed the ducks, visited the most incredible candy shop and finished the night back in the cottage eating woodfire pizzas by the fire. We truly had an incredible weekend!
