Rooms did look different to pictures, much more simple (no plants etc), which was fine. There is also only one shower per floor which got a bit tight and very short on fridge space.

There are many stairs and if you have a room upstairs it‘s very hard to get it into your room. Some showers are very small and have no mirrors. They need more facilities like cuttlery, bowls etc. They don‘t have a washing machine which is very sad. There is also no reception. Communication is trough the goki app. So that means that mostly can do whatever they want, because nobody is reading the messages in the main chat.

The location is perfect. It‘s in Kings Cross/Potts Point and just a 5 min. walk to the train station. This area has a lot of coffee shops, groceries, restaurants and a lot more. Close to other public transports. Rooms are getting cleaned every day.

The checkin, maybe make it more simple or easy to find the reception.

It was a very big building full with bathrooms and rooms. But I had difficulty checking in and then finding my room was not as easy. They were super helpful. The showers were all really clean. The room was very basic but comfy beds.

Didnt feel very lively for a hostel, more so the kind of place that people live temporarily whilst in Sydney as opposed to a travelers hostel, no staff present/in person to assist although they were available online through an app. Most showers didnt have locks and/or door wouldnt shut so needed some maintenance.

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean! Location was perfect too. Would be good if you need a place in between getting a flat in Sydney and traveling.

Two sockets are not working You wrote me room number 87, but we are 89 There is a empty bottle on the floor And the bin was not empty when we came The kitchen was nice but there were a few of the pan that were not working at all I did not find enough cups or glass for tea. Not enough cutting knives.

They only had really tiny plates? That was kind of annoying. And the shower pressure was off but it was fine.

I was supposed to stay in Lillou but eventually stayed at Potts Point across the road; I liked the bed and the curtains! The view in the room was amazing! Beds were comfortable, and great location.

Goki app to check in doesn't have the front door code. We paid for the 24th date, arrived the next day, 25th morning to check in. It was not mentioned that a front door code is provided. So we were waiting infront of the door, calling the staff but they were not available until 10am, good thing someone came in so we were able to get in. Not a smooth check-in process. Also, not enough toilets and shower. One toilet doesn't have lock. Front area is full of luggages, not a good thing to see as it looks not clean.

Not all of the bathrooms had a proper sink to brush you teeth and wash your face and the shower room was very small and enclosed so your items got sprayed by the shower. There was also only 1 shower per floor which wasn’t enough
