Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe pictures did not really tell the story. I was met with the view of the newer style cabin accommodation. but sadly, I wasn’t allocated with one of those rooms. My room was in the old building and is definitely in need of an upgrade including replacement of the ripped, dirty carpet. There were a couple of spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. some mould spots in the shower and the toilet definitely had seen better days. I will add that the toilet on the top and bowl was clean, but all around the plumbing on the floor - was rusty and stained. They have the drink menu in the bistro, but no, you have to go off to the public bar if you want a drink. Credit card was kept even though it shouldn’t because booking.com already had it, but I wasn’t in the mood for disputing that after a long drive. Breakfast should not be “grab the food from the kitchen - open the fridge to grab the milk for your coffee” (what happened to a table where it’s all in the one place and the milk jug, ern etc. is there for you).
It allowed me to have a look around Moura and have a good rest. The bed was comfortable and it had clean linen. The chef in the bistro cooked a good meal in the evening. Breakfast was decent quality food.
