The room is all in one that fulfills your needs… The washroom is attached to your room… It makes me feel like my 2nd home in Australia… Definately will come back again 😍

The wifi was a little weak, investing in an extender might help....or maybe it's just the provider.

I found this place so clean and private. It is in a great location, and the kitchenette is so handy. The owner is super organised and has great communication. The studio was a nice size, too. Lots of space.

Elissa is an amazing host, so welcoming and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed, really feels like a home away from home. There is ample street parking on a quiet road. I would definitely like to stay again when in Brisbane!

Can hear owners walking around and talking upstairs. Tea and Coffee was provided but no milk. Owners aware of your movements.

It can be quite noisy as the host live upstairs and there is no sound isolation. You are required to keep it clean although it was not that clean when I arrived. Double bed is only two singles put together and the sheets were definitely not white as advertised. The shower although hot is not strong.

Cosy place for a few nights, I wouldn’t stay for a week. Easy check-in and good location. The host is nice and make sure you are comfortable. Some little touches like food and go card available makes you feel welcome. Easy parking on the street.

I stayed for 3 days and the Wi-Fi was much weaker. Weak water pressure in the shower.

There are large parks, supermarkets and cafes nearby, which is convenient. It's about 6 km to downtown, so you can take a walk while looking at the beautiful cityscape.

There was no television, something I needed to fall asleep. A television with a timer would have made this a 10 for me.

It was easy to get to by rail. I took the Ferny Grove rail line from Tim’s St station, four stops later I was at Windsor. From the exit, it was just two minutes walk.

The shower is way too high for me

I really enjoyed my stay there. Elissa is a very nice hostess, friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful, looks like the pictures, wide enough , clean, bed is comfortable. There's a bus stop 4min foot which takes you to Brisbane center. Windsor train station is also few min walk. Supermarkets are 10min by bus

Do not recommend here. Wifi was hardly working. After checking in, you will immediately see how irresponsible and selfish the host is by finding the rules galore she has set. One of her rules say "inform us if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms - a full refund is given" so I left the property earlier when I had symptoms of cold. She first appreciated me but after I asked her about a refund she never replied to me. After 5 days, I contacted her again then she suddenly got furious and said that she just didn't reply because she was busy and she wouldn't refund without a Covid certificate. There was no way she was not able to reply to even a single word when she had 5 days including the weekend. She haven't mentioned certifications in her rules and if it is required she should have contacted me soon before I go to the hospital. She made up rules that force her guests to clean up and even take out garbage, yet she is incapable of following the rules she has made. Also when I asked for a new towel, she left it on the dirty ground directly without even knocking on my room. I can imagine how she will respond to this review but these are things that actually happened.

Opened door a got hit with a wall of bleach fumes. Literally had to leave doors open to try and air the room. When I ran the shower(poor head &water pressure) the base started foaming - presuming the bleach was sprayed and not rinsed off. Woke up with bad headache-presuming due to bleach fumes Black hair on bathroom floor and mirror streaky. 2 single beds pushed together with a single doona, flat sheet provided was folded in a container, sheet was covered in dust and unusable. Owners dog barked from the moment I arrived until they got home after 9pm. No TV and I had trouble connecting to wifi - couldn't. Cutlery/utensils were tossed in a container under the table. Unfortunately was left unsatisfied - picture on booking.com doesn't match what you get.

Location was handy for me, nice and close to where I needed to be.
