Bathroom was a little bit lacking. There was no fan so it got very humid when having a shower and everything became wet no matter what. The bathroom sink also dripped the whole time, the tap couldn't be tightened anymore.

The location was amazing. Perfect for a weekend away. Rooms were a great size and the beds were comfy. Really quiet area as well which was perfect.

Great location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had all the little things to make life easier, like oil, salt and pepper, washing powder. It was great!

Quite tricky to find the entrance (as it was absolutely pitch dark, when we were checking in, all the outdoor lights were off). The parking lot has a storage fit on it, so not enough space even for a small car. Luckily roadside offered free parking opposite the building.

while generally clean, bare feet picked up a some crud off the floor. and there was a bit of dust/fluff behind the bedside tables (found while plugging phone charger in) so possibly not great for those with allergies.

easy to find with plenty of the necessities. the keylock was simple. close to the beach and restaurants.

Local construction noises …2 building sites + a working project in the apartment made for a noisy last 3 days. Confusion arising from communications overlap between Bookings.com and Executive Escapes.

There are two sets of steps to apartment but are manageable. Car parking is available but is tight, most will use it once then park in street.

Close to beach and eating establishments. Balcony had sunshine at times.

Bathroom has no exhaust fan and there was no plug for the sink. The toilet paper was thinner than any I’ve ever seen

The person in the unit above kept us awake by stomping around in heels. There wasn’t a kitchen knife — just a small vegetable knife. We ended up not hiring a car, so parking was irrelevant.

The property was advertised as being air conditioned but there was only one unit in the lounge which meant the bedrooms were roasting overnight. It would be more honest to advertise this as partial air conditioning. It led to some very very uncomfortable and sleepless nights. Mobile air conditioning units could be provided. The owners emailed us to ask if there were any issues and told us the problem was due to the old electricity supply not being able to cope with more units. However, it would be better if there was more transparency.

This beautiful apartment is all you could ask for in a stunning location a very short walk from the best sunsets in Australia. Convenient to cafes and shops, if you want to stay in and cook all the facilities are there. Highly recommend. Please note - there is an airconditioner in the living room, the bedrooms have floor fans. Even though it was particulary hot during our stay, we were able to sleep comfortably with with ariflow from the open windows and floor fans.

Only a few small things - there needed to be a sensor light at the front door as it did get quite dark, the bathroom needed more exhaust ventilation and the security deposit was quite substantial which was a tad surprising. But this is really minor - this has been one of the best placed we have ever stayed.

This property was an excellent place for our small family to stay while we were in Perth. It was well appointed in terms of furnishings/appliances (particularly for the kitchen & laundry) and was a comfortable place to be (noting that there was no issues from sleeping a different bed as well all easily drifted off to sleep from night 1). The view of Cottesloe Beach was lovely, especially at sunset, and it was a convenient drive into the Perth CBD. The communications from Executive Stays were great too.

1. the management mentioned it was written on booking.com about soap starter packs but I wasn't able to find it. Basically, they only provided 1 set of travel size conditioner, body lotion and shampoo. We were traveling with a family of 4 so obviously the "starter pack" as they mentioned is not even enough for 2 people 2. kindly note to all future guests, if you're traveling with 4 adults this place is not for you. I would say max would be 3 adults to be comfortable. the double bed seemed really small and will not be able to fit 2 adults unless perhaps you're a couple 3. despite having professional cleaning, the floors beneath the sofas were really dirty.

I would have liked to have been informed previously to making the booking that there was construction work going on directly behind the property I stayed at . The construction noise was very loud an annoying and I would not recommend staying there while the work continues.

Location was lovely. The apartment is lovely with all the amenities you needs Nice an bright apartment. Nice view of the sea and sunset from the balcony.
