The view from the apartment was fantastic. Although there were bars & restaurants close by it was not noisy as we were on the 15th floor. Tram stops very close by to get into the city & beyond. The beds were large & very comfortable & housekeeping done once a week.

Was a bit confusing picking up the keys from one building, then driving to the car park and finding our room - first world problems though.

Was pleasantly surprised by the apartment, as it was on the cheaper side I was sceptical that the images wouldn't match the actual room. I will 100% stay here again. The big terrace with harbour views was awesome.

Nothing! The lounge suite is perhaps a little worn out; although still clean & comfortable! The bedroom was very warm over night but we used a fan.

This property is in the middle of the Newquay Precinct at the Docklands. Walking distance to all necessities and a 1 minute walk to the free trams. The apartment is on the top level with a huge balcony overlooking the water. Every amenity you could possibly need is available for an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable King sized bed, large open dining/lounge area, separate laundry & fully equipped kitchen with an oven and full sized fridge. Also a single fold out bed available and pedestal fans in the bedroom wardrobe. The place was spotless on arrival & we hope to return again.

Could of done with more information about how to use the trams, where to find the pool.

Great apartment, great views and with the free tram so close that took us straight from town to the tennis (or other trams that could take us into the middle of cbd) we found this a much better option than staying in hotel rooms in the cbd. Great communication from apartment management and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed it, truly felt like ‘home’ for a few days, fantastic location with a different place to have breakfast, coffee and dinner each day. Awesome views out across the water from the balcony

Foxtel wasn’t working due to no signal but was able to use my own Netflix on the smart tv.

The metal bottom on the roller blinds bangs against the window frames when they are up. Especially annoying at night time when every time the air conditioning kicks in and the blinds rattle against the windows all night long.

Hear the neighbour’s TVs above us as it’s a residential apartment also.

Dishwasher missing numerous wheels on lower rack, which made it difficult to use, and I feel you need to provide more than 2 dishwashing tablets for a family for a week long stay Missing a few kitchen essentials that would make a week long stay for families and even executives on longer work trip looking to cook at 'home' even better/easier (eg plastic wrap, glad bake, oil, salt and pepper). We stay in apartments and air bnb type accommodation a lot and regard provision of these basics as standard. Although we were happy to find a few plastic containers for left overs. Towels need updating, some additional towel rails in the main bathroom would be great Pay parking rate

We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Melbourne The 2 bed apartment was comfortably furnished, beds were particularly comfortable, and spacious enough for our family Well located - close to many trams to the city (and is in the free travel zone). Large Woolworths Supermarket close by (which does home delivery), with a smaller IGA express downstairs Lovely easterly aspect with morning sun, and a very nice view of Marvel Stadium and the city Secure building Good coffee from the coffee shop downstairs Pretty well appointed kitchen with a good range of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and serving dishes If you like a massage, don't miss the opportunity to have one at Luna, just around the corner. In my top 5 of best massage treatments!
