Fans with short plugs in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans would be better.

The size of the property was perfect. We loved the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of living space to spread out.

Absolutely beautiful property, nothing was missed everything was top notch. Even washing liquid, body wash just everything was included. Beds comfortable, lovely scenery. Spacious living areas, loved everything about Englewood Ridge. The owners were so very helpful. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place 👍👍

The only thing would be the fry pans as they are a well used. But the rest of the home and facilities are fabulous.

Main bed and pillows and linen was very comfortable, towels lovely kitchen, dining and living room great all being in one, loved the wood fire place. Great area for where we needed to be. Thank you.

Some things in the house were a bit the worse for wear. Problems were reported to the owner who is dealing with them.

The location was great and it was wonderful to see the kangaroos in the back yard and hear the birds and frogs. It was beautifully quiet and dark. The house itself was very well equipped and the owner was helpful and responsive.

Englewood was a great place to stay, perfect location in the Hunter area with everything you need for a winter escape with friends. Kitchen well kitted out, and the fireplace with a good supply of wood was very welcome. Mike Bosch very friendly and communicative.

Spotless, beautiful property with ample room to relax in - all 3 generations plus a dog loved our stay! For those with dogs, the outdoor area was perfect and had good fencing (unless you have a notorious escapee). Perfect location- a short drive to nearby wineries /attractions but far enough away it felt like an escape. The host (Mike) was great with communicating and super flexible.

Lack of tea towels.

The house was comfortable, well equipped and in a lovely location. We could sit on the back verandah and watch the kangaroos grazing. We loved that we could take our dog. Good communication from the host. We all wanted to stay longer!

there were some slight concerns over cleanliness of the property. This included some hair and unclean matter on/ around the toilets and cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom.

the aspect overlooking the trees and kangaroos was delightful. further, access to the pool facility and the size of the premises was welcomed.

A couple of minor repairs need to be completed but in no way impacted on our stay.

We self-catered but found the house well stocked with all we might have needed. For example there was a coffee machine with an excellent variety of pods provided, the laundry had supplies of washing powder and there was plenty of firewood for the fire. We enjoyed walking around the property and fed the kangaroos which came very close to the house at dusk. It was very close to all the facilities we wanted to explore.

It’s a beautiful big house with a beautiful view. There are so many comfortable bed options. Our group of 7 had more than enough room. The linen, beds and pillows were all great quality and extremely comfortable. We loved the two living rooms, massive kitchen with absolutely everything you could think of, the three bathrooms and outdoor area. Often when we go away, there is not enough cutlery and crockery for all of us. It was a very pleasant surprise for us that there was more than enough of everything you could need in a kitchen. The huge dining table was also big enough for all of us to sit at together. The fire place and wood pile were also very well received. We truly had the loveliest time there. We have already started to plan our next adventure to Englewood. The owner, Mike was warm, friendly, helpful and very informative of what to do in the area.

The property is very clean, tidy, spacious and beautiful.

It just needs a bit of a paint and renew furnishings like the blinds in the bedroom and old fashioned bedding and furniture et . It just felt a bit tired and unloved.

Well equipped kitchen and coffee machine with a great choice of capsules. Lovely outlook. Host is very responsive and helpful. Master bed was comfortable.
