The wifi was unreliable. The staff helped by allowing us to use staff wifi. Glad I wasn't trying to work.

This really was a great place to stay. Location is great, close to restaurants and the ferry. I loved looking out over the river.

The apartment had been partially updated, with a nice kitchen and lounge area. The bathroom was showing its age and would benefit from some maintenance. The bedroom was smallish, but ok. The key detractor from our 7 day stay was the bed - it's was very hard and uncomfortable (unfortunately, the mattress topper on the mattress didn't help).

Great location in Teneriffe, right on the river, with a pool and parking. The sunrises from the balcony were awesome. Apartment #38, was a good size and conveniently located to a local grocery store, bar and an easy walk to the ferry ( 15-20 minutes to the central city) , cafes, and Gasworks. Friendly and helpful reception.

although it was a refurbished apartment, the wardrobe doors didn’t work properly and had to be held open in order to access the drawers - a nuisance. The design of the ‘wet room’ made it just that - wet everywhere after a shower, the floor didn’t drain properly. The chairs on the balcony (there were only 3 for some reason ) were extremely uncomfortable. Although new, the furnishings were very basic.

the location was superb. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

Check in procedure is chaos. We checked after hours (Sat). The day before the apartment staff send a email to my registered mail address via Booking.com and asked for contact no and email so that they can send me the locker access code to get the key. I replied within one hour but didn't receive any message nor email. When I arrived, phoned them up, needed to wait for them to reply my missed call. Lastly, I figured it out, it is the miscommunication between the apartment and Booking.com. Booking.com gave them an email address ending with @booking.com and they sent the email to this address. I cannot access to this email as it belongs to Booking.com and they did not forward this to me neither. I think the apartment also held responsibility as I sent them my Aus cell phone and email to their email info@goldsboroughpla e.com directly but did get any reply from them. They only got one AC on the living room, waste of energy to cool up the bedroom

Spacious, convenient lots of cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop to city centre and West End is only less than 200 meters. Swimming pool is good. Very close to jogging track

Would have been nice to have a couple of bin bags supplied, or some kitchen spray to keep kitchen clean. Reception was n not open the whole time we were there. So could not get more toilet paper or ask for more dishwashing liquid

The bed mattress in the main bedroom had little to no support. I ended up folding some towels to help support my back. All the pillows were too high to go with the poor mattress. The tap in the shower/bath would not turn off fully and dripped all night. Although the kitchen was a good size (same as the fridge) just a little outdated. Bathroom also a little outdated.

location to the city cat was great, and the view of the river was lovely. Very spacious living and dining. The area had some nice restaurants near by. Woolies also not too far to walk. Good area for where I needed to be at the time. We chose to uber it to the train station which was not too expensive. Although we did not see staff at reception while we were there, the communication prior to our stay was excellent.

Reception closed 4pm Friday(check in day) and was closed all weekend. Lack of towels, 1 per person and with a pool onsite was annoying. No spare loo roles, 1 on the roll only. The 2nd room seems like an after thought, double bed shoved in a very small room. No sitcoms in bedrooms.

The view was lovely, the location was quite good. The main bedroom was well set out and comfortable enough. Amenities is the apartment adequate for the most part.

The amenities included during our stay was below average. The shampoo and body wash were watered down, there was dust around the apartment, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and repairs to the dishwasher were done whilst we were checked in.

The location of the property was convenient. Easy access to cafes, supermarkets and the river walk is just a few steps away.

As entering the room, the hallway after getting out of the elevator had a funky smell to it.

Both bedrooms have inadequate window furnishings-lights at night from street and visitors car park were quite bright. This made for interrupted sleep.

Location was excellent with great coffee and eateries close by. Ferry terminal short walk away. Swimming pool was great. Reception person was very helpful. Beautiful views from river facing balcony.

Our door out of the apartment block faced directly onto a busy main road. In order to access the pool, we had to walk out onto this area and then walk around the apartment block to the pool etc.

Plenty of places within walking distance for breakfast. Facilities also very good to prepare our own breakfast inhouse.
