Our room key also opened the main door to reception after hours which meant all the keys opened that door so they were all the same so any room key would open any room? So didn't feel secure, it was a long walk in the heat to the centre although there was lots of buses around.

The apartment was adequate and equipped with everything we needed the pool area was small but very relaxed with a fridge to store drinks etc. And comfy chairs ashtrays so you could smoke the guy on reception was nice and helped us with our luggage .

The reception was occupied only for a couple of hours in the morning and then there was a supposed phone number to call, which however no one ever answered.

You basically pay for what you get. The establishment is quite rusty but the money it charged was fair. And the room was certainly very clean and comfortable.

Bath dangerous to get out of. Fridge door scraped on floor. Damage to wall that looked untidy

We had no bed lamp bulb on my side of the bed and I asked for the bulb to be replaced a number of times so couldn't read my book before bed. This did not get replaced the whole time and we were there for a whole week which was very annoying. Bed was two singles joined together not ideal.

Good kitchen and living space. Nice big open windows which brought in a lovely breeze. Didnt need to use aircon. BBQ area was lovely and we used this area quite a bit during our week stay.

On 1st floor apartment. Big outside balcony. Large apt so able to move around. Cosy & comfortable, also price was very good. Staff attentive. Would go back if needed a stop over in Cairns

It is near the big Cairns Hospital Complex so you get the emergency vehicles but you are out all day and once in the apartment you can shut the windows and us the air-con so that works well to shut out any noise.

The location is ideal if you like a short walk as you can go along the lovely Esplanade all the way into the City.

It was value for money in all aspects.

This accommodation is well positional and priced. The Management are very helpful and it is near the bus stop and a few good eating places, including a Hotel.

The bathtub had tape in it to cover a crack, the hight difference of the tubs floor compared to the bathroom floor made it a bit dangerous getting out, almost fell a few times because of an unexpected drop. The pillows were wafer thin had to get my own to get a decent sleep. Electrical problems with the ceiling lights, they would continue to flicker after turning them off. One light would dim itself constantly through the night so I left it off and used the other. General maintenance needed. But still a great place to stay.

Had to change apartments midway through stay although management moved our stuff while we were out. Between main roads so traffic noise in morning and evening is high. Shower water pressure in first apartment low but terrific in second. For an apartment the bathroom is the size of a small ensuite.

Good space in the unit. Dishwasher and washing machine. Undercover parking and secure. Location to the city and main tourist items.

I flew in late and the manager gave me the wrong code to the gate and I was stuck outside the front gate for ages, I then had to jump over so I could get my key while my bag stay outside. Lucky it didn’t get stolen.

The property has no elevator.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with shops across the street. Facilities were clean with comfortable beds.

Three flights of stairs a bit daunting, lots of tourist information, bus service really goo!

Swimming pool was great, staff were very friendly and helpful Darwin a beautiful city full of friendly helpful people
