I would have liked it to have cooking amenities such as salt and pepper and other basic cooking items. Instead we had to buy and then bin when we cleaned prior to leaving. This is not good for the planet. It was the same for body wash. Only one small bottle provided. We had to buy one at the store only to bin it during our clean up. Such a waste. Other resorts around the world have realised this and stopped such waste. Better to provide approved green wash products in quantities for the duration of stay. External steps did not provide a good first impression with debris and algae. Fridge internal lights not working. Bottom tray of dishwasher did not fit properly. Mould in shower bath area and hole in ceiling. No fan vent in bathroom so humidity escapes into main living area.

Spacious for a couple and roomy balcony. Great modern clean look. Comfortable furniture. The washing machine and utility area were very good. The view of the bats at sunset was phenomenal. Great location and very quiet due to dead end street but also convenient to amenities in town. We also liked the convenience of not having to book a buggy as it was supplied. Helpful communication when cancelling and rebooking during bereavement situation.

Pillows were extremely hard , buggy tyres were flat . The shower in bathroom sprayed water all over bathroom floor. Extremely bad design in bathroom. No bath mats provided .

The TV I'd old and unfortunately not a smart device. The bed needs to be replaced.

Location, apartment is beautiful, nice simple pool, extremely well appointed kitchen with everything you need, BBQ and the view is stunning. The collection from the airport and use of buggy is outstanding. Free-standing bath is a fantastic touch.

Our stay at Heloconia Grove was amazing! This was our second time on HI but our first experience of a private apartment. It was exactly as described, location was excellent - views fantastic - and the inclusion of the buggy was a lovely bonus. Perfect apartment for a couple or even a young family with the sofabed.

Cannot fault the cleanliness and the little touches in the apartment. the staff were super friendly and helpful too. You’ll not be disappointed with the wonderful view!

the pillows were a bit hard, towels maybe need to be replaced with some pretty blue towels to match. hard to sleep in as the place got light early. could be worth putting a blind over the window at the top.

Stunning views, excellent location, beautiful decor. Golf buggy was a bonus. Full washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, Foxtel was a nice touch. would love to stay again.

The bugy was very loud when you reversed but apart from nothing to complaint. Extra beach towels would have been great too

The apartment was large, well appointed, had a great view and the bed was super comfortable. They organised airport transfers and the apartment comes with a golf buggy which is great.

For the price paid I would have expected top maintenance. The screen doors need to be repaired.

The bed was hard and squeaked. The pillows were very unpleasant. The coffee machine didn’t work properly and the dishwasher leaked. We weren’t given enough soap so subsequently had to buy more, as well as toilet paper.

Just the little things - for $500+ a night I would expect a few extra rolls of toilet paper for a one week stay. The vacuum cleaner did not work to suction up even sand off the floor and because there was no daily cleaning, this was frustrating for us to try to keep clean. There were no coffee pods for the coffee machine provided. No doona cover on the bed, just sheets and a doona.

Location was great. Buggy was great. View was wonderful. Bed was huge. Kitchen had everything you needed. Portacot provided for our toddler. Absolutely loved the cockatoo visitors daily on the balcony. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus.
