The place felt a bit out of times and old but you get what you pay for. And its a bit far from the eateries so taking a walk is a big hike. Normal hours the traffic is bad and you may want to walk than jostle for parking.

Good staff and they were eager to please. Spacious room for the family. 4 of us could move around without bumping to each other.

Self check in worked very well. Location excellent on the esplanade in the very beautiful Lakes Entrance.Good facilities, good bathroom & comfy bed. Just a few minutes drive from lots of attractions, shops and restaurants.

When booking it was not clear that there was an upstairs so I did not request a downstairs room. On arrival we had been allocated an upstairs room however we were able to easily change to a cheaper downstairs room. Our host was charming and did all she could to make us comfortable. The accomodation is good however it is a little shabby and rundown.

location is great, and loved that I could park right at my front door ready for an early start the following morning. very comfortable bed, screens on windows and entry door and great aircon.

Few minor maintenance issues that were obvious and needed attention but hadn't been done and, seeing they looked like they had been there for a while, detracted a bit from the overall feeling for the place. Other thing, not of concern to us seeing we didn't watch it, was location of the TV - wall mounted at an angle to both the bed and the couch, but would have been better mounted directly to the front of the bed. To do that, however, a mirror would have to be shifted to where the TV came from, or to an adjacent wall in that proximity, but that would be my recommendation.

Location good, upstairs room we had was very large, clean, plenty of room to spread out, queen bed with spare pillows, large couch against one wall, couple of benches in the main room, large wardrobe, little table in the room with a couple of comfortable chairs, good split system air con, microwave (which we didn't use), good bar fridge (clean and quiet), large ensuite. On the 1st floor walkway outside our window there was a small table and two chairs for our use and it was very pleasant to sit out each evening as the location of the setting sun meant we were in shade. Motel was towards one end of the strip (Melbourne end) but still good location and quiet.

The swimming pool was not clean. The carpet needs an upgrade or vaccum well since it's bit sticky. The electric cook top if possible needs to be replaced with induction or with more powered ones as it took long time for cooking food. Expected salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking.

Very close to everything.. Location was exceptionally good. Compact rooms for a family of four.

parking for this unit was next to the pool but once someone parked in the nearby unit you were stuck there. advised I could park in another bay but was worried this would upset the travellers allocated to that room Fortunately was not a problem. I prefer that my car is nearby for convenience and for unloading etc

This property is central to everything Lovely and very friendly lady at reception checked me in and explained everything needed. Great size unit #7. with separate bedroom area. Absolutely everything provided in regards to crockery, utensils and heaps of toiletries Nicely decorated for an older establishment and very clean. Great size bed and comfortable to boot. all together this made for a nice couple of days
