Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaI just love Ovolo Nishi. Staff are always so helpful and professional. The manager kindly upgraded my room. The suites are cosy, with stylish and unique features. This hotel has an artisanal aesthetic, which is rare to find. My coffee in the morning was perfectly made, and delivered quickly to my room. Overall, I always feel refreshed and peaceful during my stay at Ovolo Nishi. Thank you to the staff!

Ovolo thought out every little detail to make the stay comfortable and stress free, the little messages throughout the room and the free mini bar just topped it off l. The customer service was exceptional everyone I spoke to was so polite.

The service is excellent and it's quiet and clean. The room is trendy as well. The mini bar is free and it got refilled everyday during our stay. The location is perfect too, it's a 10 minute walk to the CBD.

Everything was amazing. Loved the vibe, loved the choice & range of lighting, stylish, attention to detail in furnishings & decor & build. So lovely to stay in an interesting hotel that challenges all your senses but is strangely comforting at the same time.

AustraliaThe inroom Fridge was inadequate, when we introduced some of our own items to get cold it actually warmed the fridge up so everything ended up not cold. It didn't get cold till later on that night and was told it's not like your average fridge in the way it supposed to get things cold. ???? Needed some Power Outlets near the bed or some USB outlets in more convenient locations.
Room was large enough, well laid out. Enough hanging room and a place to put your suitcase. Alexa didn't work really well but still an interesting addition. Shower was great, nice and big. Loved the remote blinds and the subdued lighting.
