There was no restaurant open even though website shows it. Had to request spoon to make coffee. Would love some shelving or bench in bathroom as there was nowhere to put any personal items.

The fridge was mouldy due to the milk they had in their previous had been opened and left, all over the top shelf of the fridge seeping down.. Shower/bathroom area built up steam easily and the fan did not turn on. Our toilet lock jammed consistently, causing my youngest to be stuck in there multiple times for minutes trying to unlock the door again.

The beds were very good and comfortable, spacious and clean :)

It's wasn't my kind of accommodation. There was no microwave or toaster and I prefer something with a small kitchen but we had to book at the last minute.

The fact the bar and grill wasn't open and we weren't told. It's one of the reasons why we booked it, we wanted to be able to go for breakfast.

It’s old and outdated. Furniture in dark wood that must be from 30 years ago (needed dusting too) Curtains had holes (you could see light through) Bathroom shower curtain made of fabric and just gross Bathroom window had a flyscreen that was covered in spider webs A Reno wouldn’t be worth doing on this hotel, it’s a knockdown The worst IBIS we have stayed in and we are Accor members!

Had coffee, cups and kettle but only washing area was bathroom sink which you couldn't fill kettle from unless you used a cup. Had to use hand towel to dry washed cup. Lights didn't work correctly. Was quite noisy from upstairs occupants.

However, we had booked and payed for two deluxe rooms, but at check-in they couldn't find the keys to two rooms so they changed our two deluxe rooms into the family suite (room nbr 50). This was a cheaper option but they didn't offer us a refund. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. No bedlamps. Room nbr 50 is facing the street so a bit noisy from traffic. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. They have a better location. No restaurant, wifi was so-so.

Towels and linen were clean as well as the room. We stayed in room nbr 50 which is two connected rooms plus a "lounge". Bathroom was ok and quite up to date. Own parkinglot outside room is very convenient. Good location if you are travelling through, but if you would like to walk to city centre, it's way too far. Ok for one night to have somewhere to sleep.

No cutlery for any take-out. There was no chef for any restaurant or meals. If you have trouble with steps please ensure you request a ground level room.

the parking bays are too tight/close to the entrance steps and the garden hedges so cars block the entrance to the rooms. we had to get a person to move their car so a lady with a walker could get out of the room she was staying in

The place needs a thorough deep clean. The grout in the shower and around the sinks etc. The beds, while comfortable, could have been made better - generally looked untidy.

Room wasn’t available til after 3pm Bathrooms had been cleaned with strong bleach, which was heavy throughout room. Restaurant was closed and property is not in town so required driving to eat.
