Restaurant air conditioner rattled on and off during entire time outside our room 4. We had to have our sliding door closed for the entire stay Carparking needs to be allocated so when you get back from going out you know you have a spot to park.

A bit of traffic noise if we left door open at night/early morning, but manageable. Room needed a better vacuum, otherwise ok.

Fridge was too small. Car park lighting has gaps in coverage. Property showing its age. Restaurant not open and not communicated to guests.

Lots of parking. Pool is in shady spot and off the street. Good sized rooms. Great location. Easy access/egress even in traffic. Friendly staff.

It's close to the shopping center and the lakes around, quiet at night, cosy with the air con. good for money

it was quite noisy, road traffic and someone on top floor was playing music and singing (swearing once or twice) when I got there around 10pm. didn’t hear them once in room though or they stopped soon after I arrived.

Found 3 dead flies and several cobwebs on inside of unit that cleaners had not cleaned

The room stunk of very strong urine, and upon searching the room, We could see yellow wet drips on the wall, around the mirror, and on the roof. It looked to be fresh. The bed was very uncomfortable. Clean linen, but the pillows stunk. There was blood on one of the light switches. The screen door didn't close and lock for safety. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat.

Old building, hard bed, noisy location. Very disruptive guest downstairs that drove around at high speed in the local streets in his hot rod, came back to unit in the early hours and spent at least two hours moving things around, talking loudly and covering his hot rod with a plastic tarp. Management did nothing.

Difficult to speak positively. It was a room for the night.

We have not stayed at a motel booked though Bookings.com where we have been more disappointed. The fridge was unclean. The glasses and crockery were unclean and had to be washed before use. The lounges and carpet were stained. There were ants on one of the doors and a coxroach sighted in the lounge area. The bedroom wardrobes had balls of fluff on the carpet. The rooms were very tired and need a good spruce up. A most unpleasant stay. We could not recommend.

Cleanliness,the swing top bin had food scraps and god knows what else ,hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time,the bath was black under foot ,the vanity in the bathroom had built up scum around the taps and sink waste ,the lounge had “I would hate to think about it “ marks on it the door lock was not secure . I could go on and on but will leave it there 😖

Marks in carpet, stains on carpet lounge chair had stains bathroom was old needed new grout in tiles also towel rail fell of the wall and no sealant in tiles against the wall, bed was old and ripped at the base.

Property in desperate need of some maintenance. Door and screen was so old and jammed partner had to be the one to open and close it. Sat on the lounge and nearly sunk to the floor. Tiles in bathroom 1980’s and cracked. Wasn’t provided any milk for tea and coffee. Should be a budget style classification. Way too overpriced.

Dirty carpets, smelly room, the bed was not comfortable, TV screen was too small and the remote control was not working half of the time. The bathroom shower area was just below mediocre. Not worth the money.

The property was easily located close to shops and fuel stations
