I can honestly say the ONLY downside was the size of the shower cubicle being a little small but because everything else was incredible, it was so easy to look past this!

The entire apartment was incredible! Everything was clean it looked almost brand new so it was clear everything had been very well looked after! The man at reception was also amazing, nothing was too much trouble and Kevin went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. He really went above and beyond what we would have expected and we felt looked after from the very beginning of our stay and we didn't want to leave! The location was also excellent and for the price of the accommodation, we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect! The city was 5 mins away walking and the tram stop was about 7 minutes walking! I cannot fault Mansions on Pulteney at all! The pictures of the rooms don't do this place justice! It's far nicer than the images show!!!

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. They provide us with a good stay experience with thier spacious and clean room. Parking assist was arranged and became very convenient for me

Cannot think of anything we could make better if you got room 20 on the second floor.

We were very lucky to have one of the renovated rooms with everything brand new and quality furnishings. The location was perfect literally fifty metres to Rundle Mall and all the museums, art gallery, Botanic gardens within five and ten minute walk. The tram was at the end of the road on North Terrace which was 150 meters. We had room 20 on the second floor , Perfect. The only thing strange to me was no service and no reception on the weekend but we were okay and there was a number to ring if needed.

Nothing much, but just a suggestion. We needed 2 small milk containers in the fridge as we ran out with 3 of us in 3 days for our coffee and tea.

Our room didn't look like the renovate room in the pictures . Our room was the original 1980 decor with chipped and scratched doors and cupboards. Clean but old. You have no choice but to pay for parking which adds another $25 to your nightly rate. There is no place close to park and unload so that can be difficult if you have lots of luggage .

Great location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the festival, shopping and eating district. Very large spacious room, good security, comfort bed, great water pressure. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I checked in out of hours which was all fine but there was no information in the key envelope about the Wi-Fi and password etc.

The furnishings were really nice and it looked like the room had recently been refurbished.

An attractive building but older and a tad noisy in the air con. Shower curtains should be a thing of the past!

Location excellent. Staff called me on phone to confirm I understood their instructions for entry as was a late arrival. Very spacious room and will be lovely with an upgrade. I felt very safe.

Rooms overlooking Pulteney Street have a great aspect, however, the street sweepers fill up their tanks and get going before 6am. This is bit noisy for a while. And then they move on. It is inner city living though, - not a country retreat.

The care and attention to detail from the front-of-house team prior to arriving was excellent. A very comfortable size apartment. The location is brilliant for inner city everything and access to the free bus connector. Recommend Twin Street for coffee from Everything BREWtiful. Eats at Cafe Brunelli on Rundle St and Thai from FIRE just across the road.
