You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaA couple of hot food items were lukewarm, which was a little disappointing when sitting down. The room was in heritage area, so the only downside was it was a little confusing to find (going up and down staircases). Staff mentioned verbally how to get there, but perhaps a written note would be easier for some guests

We loved our stay at the mantra, spacious rooms, the comfiest beds, so close to the beach and shops, wonderful buffet breakfast! We would definitely book again..

AustraliaWe had a great kitchenette with all amenities, such as kettle, toaster, microwave, cooktop with oven. It would of been nice to have a mixing bowl, salad bowl with easier to handle tongs, there was no salt or pepper, butter or oil provided, no baking trays, foil, gladwrap to cover food or plastic containers. Most places provide Netflix, but Mantra didn't provide we had to use our own account.
We enjoyed our one week stay everything such as Cafes, shops and beach all within walking distance near Mantra Lorne and the hotel itself has a bar, restaurant or dine within your room.

AustraliaWe didn’t like the location of the room there was no privacy when you sat in the lounge area. You couldn’t open your blinds, people kept walking past and too close to the restaurant. We had to sit there with blinds down. There should be blinds where you can see out but no one can see in.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the spa. Very close to beach enjoyed hearing the waves. Close to everything, shops, restaurants etc.
