Our room was not cleaned/made up the whole time we were there. The key cards didn’t work sometimes which meant we had to go front desk to get them recoded. Rooms were slightly dated and could do with a revamp. Double the price for NYE.

Great location - easy walking distance to main shops and restaurants. Room was spacious enough for a group of 5. Good luggage storage if you arrive before check in, or check out early

shower was a bit cramped and the lighting in the kitchen was poor.

Comfortable modern, roomy apartment on the corner with great views. Furnished with modern items. Very clean. Friendly check-in.

Balcony was tiny but that’s my one & only issue!

The staff were incredible. So kind, helpful and really inviting. I loved the apartment itself; it was super clean and exceeded my expectations. It was in a great location in terms of PT and since I went on NYE, it was also an incredible spot to see fireworks.

Servicing the room was left one day when we did a lot of cooking and were hoping the bin would be emptied. Had to ask for a pan and a bowl but I probably did more meal prep in the apartment than most would and staff were all accommodating.

Great apartment, comfortable with all appliances. Spacious, pool and sauna were good. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

It took ages for the housekeepers to bring us anything and one time they even asked “why do you need it” on the phone when we asked for an extra duvet. Very unprofessional. Also parking in their garage was horrendously difficult as most spots were too tiny to fit a large 7-seat SUV.

The room was very spacious and in a central location. We felt it was a great price for the amount of space we had for the 3 of us. The hotel was very clean and had all the comforts we wanted.

Amazing upgrade to 20th floor 3 bed apartment. Very luxurious and amazing views. Lovely swimming pool.

The house keeper is lousy. The bathroom was equipped with 2 hand tower , one face tower and 2 bath tower. For the rest of my six days stay . Not a single hand tower was given, bath tower sometimes 1 sometime 2 pcs.(Family of 3) What is going on guy. During the 3rd day stay the house keeper knocked on my door at 915am for makeup room and I say later. Eventually she never came back when I was back at 830pm. Coffee was never replenished . As we bring our own tower the house keeper took away my daughter bath tower (which she ready like) and was never being seen again.

The car park! I know it is a Wilson car park but it was atrocious and is really not fit for purpose. The driveways are too narrow and if a 4WD is parked there is not enough room to turn safely.

It was a lovely property and very clean. Our penthouse apartment had great views and the kids loved the swimming pool although it was a bit too cold.

such a beautiful and comfy little apartment. was lucky enough to get a room on the corner of the building, giving a lovely view. had all the utensils needed to cook with and a big comfy bed rather than two single beds placed next to each other, which is a common feature at lots of other places i’ve been. we’ll definitely be coming back!

Though all the appliances were there an working, there was a shortage of cooking utensils and the impression is that cooking is not expected. If a few "kits" containing sharp knives, kitchen scissors etc. were kept at reception and issued against a deposit, returned when the kit is returned complete, the cooks could cook happily!

Excellent location with easy access to buses, trams and Southern Cross station for airport buses. In the free city centre tram zone. Reasonably quiet inside despite busy roads.

We would have liked to have a broom and a shovel. Also a toilet brush. We didn't like our view, next to noisy pipes and ugly buildings.
