For the price per night of the apartment I was a bit surprised we were expected to clear all the rubbish out ourselves & wash & put away all dishes. I would have expected all cleaning services to be factored into the price. Would also have liked some body wash to be provided rather than small bars of soap.

Very spacious, clean apartment with amazing views. Very close to tram stop which is super handy.

There were tiny bugs everywhere, mainly kitchen but very tiny! It needs a chain lock up high on each door. I felt unsafe with my kids. The patio door is very easy to open and any one could copy the key and enter from previous visitors.

A cleaning cloth and kitchen spray would have been helpful, couldn't locate either under the sink. Bathrooms were older style BUT were lovely and clean.

We loved everything about Pacific Plaza Apartments. Location was amazing, straight across from beach and lifesaver flags. Pool and facilities were exceptional. Weather was what you would expect mid Summer, hot! Less than 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave and tram stop in the street behind. Apartment itself was very neat, clean & tidy. Much larger than we were expecting, very impressive. Older style bathrooms but still neat and clean. Bonus was the walk-through wardrobe, wasn't expecting that! Bec & Brock were amazing and really looked after us, thank you.

1. No aircon in the rooms, this was not communicated. Considering it was hot and humid. Aircon is a must these days with children. 2. Shower gel/wash not provided 3. Toilet cleaning brush not provided 4. Vacuum cleaner wasn’t working properly 5. No mopping equipment available or provided.

The rooms were spacious and well furnished on the two units we rented. Great view of the ocean and close to main attractions in Surfer's Paradise. Pool well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The very limited supply of detergent, coffee, tea and milkconsidering we were staying 3 days.

The apartment was well located and thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and listening to the soiund of the waves. Beach and walking paths very accessible. The apartment was well equipped, and comfortable. Staff were very supportive via text, phone and emails.

TV was hard to navigate, little imperfections on the walls. No blinds on patio door - very bright in the morning.

Amazing views, big rooms and living area. Had free visitor parking and beds were comfy. Full size kitchen and has a laundry!

No free to air TV and the Matildas were on. Fortunately one of our guests had "Air Play" and managed to hook up his Ipad and solve the problem.

Great location to view the Pacific Airshow. Basically the unit was very clean but some of the crockery had to be hand washed before we could use them. Looked like the dishwasher hadn't done its job well.

Shower pressure was terrible, and the washing machine had old water in it that hadn’t drained so was quite smelly!

Location was amazing. The apartment we stayed in had a 10/10 view of the beach. Our apartment was so spacious, clean, light & bright! Love that there was a cordless vacuum in the room because with kids, you’re always cleaning up mess! Was so handy! Pool was great too! Very clean!

The apartment and furniture were not as excatly as it was on the pictures. Having said that it was still decent. It would be even better if we could see the exact apartments before booking. The view was very good.
