There was a TV in lounge and 2nd bedroom but not in main bedroom. It's not that I didn't like it I just found it unusual.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great views from modern, updated unit. Good easy to access parking. Great to have WiFi, Netflix, Stan, YouTube, etc.

We found the location excellent for us, we were able to have friends stay for a couple of days, easy walking to shopping and the CSI club

Their was only one aircon in the whole apartment and that was in the second bead room. There was no real way to cool down the whole apartment. Opening the windows of a night time helped but as we were only on the second floor there was a lot of road noise.

The location is excellent with access to major roads and shopping centers very easy. Facilities attached to the apartment block are very good and the garden area looked very appealing. Access to the building is also very good via a back street with traffic lights breaking up the flow of traffic to allow you onto the main road.

the sliding door to balcony didn't open with ease - had to physically lift the door to then be able to slide it. flat batteries in remotes for fans. poor cooling

On a very noisey road and rooms definitely need an upgrade. Main bedroom bed was not great and when it rains there is a metal banging noise from bathroom that kept waking us up.

Proximity to theme parks, especially Sea World. Nice pool and gardens. Tennis/basketball court very popular with the grandchildren. Within walking distance to shopping centre, clubs/restaurants/cafes.

I had booked a room with sea views under my filter on booking.com. We did have obstructed Broadwater views mainly of the road as we were on a lower floor for the same price point. I checked the room descriptions again and I feel the property has done nothing wrong here. Rather it's the filter limitations so just call to confirm you get the view you think you are paying for. The other issue for us which can't be helped was being at that level the road noise was a lot and constant. Lastly the description of the room on booking.com says air con in guest bedroom as a feature. That does mean the rest of the apartment doesn't have air con not that the guest bedroom also has air con. We often have seen just the main bed and family room with air con so this was again our misinterpretation. In the adults bedroom the ceiling fan was sufficient. In the lounge kitchen we felt the heat and have passed that feedback on. This was a great property and has good potential with some key updates. We'll definitely be considering staying again.

One of the best hotel apartment set ups I've seen in the sense the kitchen had all the utensils and crockery suitable for a family ie plastic! Sound proofing between rooms was great too. Was easy to cook and feed family in. Partially rennovated and looking tired in some areas did not affect functionality. Pool area with balls and a tennis court with rackets included were all great features. Staff were so helpful and lovely.

The location is convenient. The apartment is spacious. We liked the ocean view, the kitchen, and the parking! Overall a very pleasant stay.

We were advised that the 2-bed apartment we were in didn't have a/c but being on Level 7 and SE/Southern corner meant we weren't hot at all during our summer stay and the breeze was lovely! Carpeted hallways from lift door to apartment door meant sometimes stinky smells due to (I'm assuming) leaked garbage bags but always deodorised when house-keeping came.

Great location, great rates, friendly hosts, good house-keeping, great heated pool, lots of activities to choose from, secured entry with secured basement parking, shopping trolleys at the basement to help with packing and unpacking!
