I would have liked a small oven in the apartment.

The location is great, walking distance to cafes/restaurants, shops, parks and afternoon walks along the breakwall. Great views from balconies. Our room had almost everything we needed 3 tvs, enough cutlery, dishes, glasses and crockery so that we weren't washing up all the time. My husband was happy with the sauna(you don't see them often anymore). Kids(14 &17) enjoyed the pool and spa, also location meant they were able to walk to some activities.

We miss safe. And 1 star goes minus because ventilation in bathroom needs cleaning.

Nice staff. Location in centre, close to everything. Big rooms, good quality bed and clothes. Well equiped kitchen. Free parking.

Everything in walking distance. Great food and beaches. Great for shoppers too. Very clean and big apartment. I would stay here again.

The location was fantastic and the room was exactly what I needed. I was travelling for work and needed to transport a lot of equipment. The access of the lift and my room was great and the ease of a great restaurant below was a huge bonus.

Showers leaked and toilet had plumbing problems when told reception they said they would come and look at it and never did.

We stayed with our kids and were happy with pretty much everything. Great room for kids very spacious, and to have the play gym right out the front doors was even better gave us parents time to sit back and relax.

For the price of the apartment there is no laundry, there is room to put a small one.Not everyone wants to use a communal laundry having to wait long periods of time for machines.Parking is an issue.Air conditioning is only in lounge room and would be nice to have a TV in main bedroom.No fly screens on doors to keep crawlies out.A few tweaks and this accomodation could be a 10.

Spacious and good location central to most things.The balconies are huge and wrap around whole apartment.

There was nothing about the apartment I didnt like, it was just spoilt by being in a very noisy street. At night the council trucks (I am guessing thats what they were) made lots of noise with what sounded like generators on the back of their trucks. Possibly watering plants in the street ??? A few loud cars and bikes revving away. Sliding doors were not very soundproof even when shut. Such a shame as everything else was great.

Great location in centre of town. Lovely apartment with good facilities. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pool looked lovely even though I didnt actually use it.

3rd floor facing E/W - fan noisy in main bedroom had to open window - 2nd bedroom had outside noise next to Coles/Target shopping centre and bus/trucks moving past early morning, people shouting on street. Think $100 damage deposit for one night too much!
