There were no instructions for wifi or area information in the room. The bright hallway light shone into our room from under the door at night.

Loved the big room with King bed and balcony that you could stand on to take in fresh air and get some ocean views. Balcony overlooked other apartments with ocean in distant. Check in was smooth with great friendly customer service. Breakfast available on site buffet style. We didn’t use the spa facilities.

Housekeeping came in the day we were checking out even though we had do not disturb on the door and had a late check out. Also the day spa was quite disappointing in terms of trying to get a hold of them to book, we were unable to book online for any of the day spa services only in the deep Springs. In saying that the treatment that I ended up having was actually really lovely. It seemed like there was a disconnect between the hotel and the day spa.

The hotel had some really nice touches that made it feel elevated and not just a normal hotel. The bed was very comfortable and had a lovely big bathroom with lots of great amenities. Also offered a mini bar and a small balcony. Staff at reception overall were very, warm and professional and allowed us an early check-in which was very appreciated. Very comfortable stay overall.

Trying to get an appointment and speak to someone at the Day spa in advance was very difficult and as such we missed out on getting a booking for both my friend and myself which was the only reason why we went there and was very disappointing. They should have an online booking tool for all spa services. Housekeeping were also very on it and knocked on our door in the morning even though we had to not disturb, and also had a late check out. We also had to send back one of our lunches at the cafe as it was frozen.

The room said some really nice features and touches. Very comfy bed and stuff at the front desk were overall really helpful and friendly. Great that there is access to the deep springs and day spa

Sofa bed was awfully thin, able to feel each spring into your body and broken crisps under the sofa bed when pulled out.

Spa tickets worth the price, so many hot spring options! Bathrooms lovely!

Ocean view was rather oblique, off to one side. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment, more like a town hotel rather than a beach "resort" (in their own words)
