Fridge leaked water. Broken mirror, shower leaking. Stains on carpet. Desperately needs refurbishing.

Good location. The convenience of cafe and restaurant. It has the bones of a great hotel.

Very dated and damaged apartment. Didnt even want to sit on the couch, looked very dirty, so sat on towel.

The room we had has had bathroom updated but the rest of the apartment was well dated, lots of damage.

The fridge door didn’t close in my room as the mini freezer had a build up of ice, wasn’t too much of an issue though as I only had my water in there. But for guests staying longer they may require the use of the fridge.

I wasn't impressed that when we got back from our concert, not only was my parking spot taken but the car had taken 2 spots. All the bins in my room had rubbish from a previous booking and the cups had tea/ coffee stains in them from not being cleaned. There was even a broken cupboard door that I fixed in the room

The apartment was a little run down. Needed some minor repair works. Mould in the shower.

The apartment was more run down than what the pictures showed . Hence I felt that for the amount I paid it was a little expensive . I also disliked the bathroom. The shower area had a storage design . Instead of stepping into a contained space , we had to step up one step. There was a shower screen , but it was hardly sufficient to prevent water from flowing down the step into the sink area. I had to stand really close to the shower and turn off the water quickly in order to prevent water from flowing down the step and wetting the whole bathroom.

There was sufficient space for family of 4. We had one double bed and 2 singles . Large lounge room. Kitchenette had basic items like saucepans, crockery , kettle , toaster . There were sufficient towels & toiletries. Staff were quick to respond , even on a Sunday , when we requested for items like fresh towels , toilet paper and even a sponge for washing dishes . Glad that there was air conditioning in the lounge room ! We turned it on at night to cool our bedrooms.

Apartment was not up to standard clean, could feel sandy particles under my feet when walking, dusty, woke up with a blocked nose. Extra blanket had hairs all over and the wardrobe I pulled it out from was not clean either. Floor was sticky and the shower slippery. The air-conditioning remote wasn't working properly, could only get it on but couldn't be turned up or down.

The hotel was close to my placement location, shower was nice and warm, big and comfy bed. Place was quiet too allowing for a peaceful night.

It was neat and clean, close to where we needed to get to the next day.

1.Parking area is not designated. There is a restaurant on the property and we could not get parking after being out. I have a mobility wheelie so very unsatisfactory to not be able to park anywhere near the unit. Had to wait until restaurant closed to go and get the car and bring it back to the unit. 2, Only 1 chair provided so had to bring outside chair in, wipe it down so we could sit at table to eat breakfast. 3. No teaspoons, no tissues. Difficult to access powerpoint in kitchen area for kettle & toaster (behind microwave).
