Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaMy air conditioner wasn't working, the room was stuffy. The bed was hard and because the air was still the room was hot. The TV also was glitching. Breakfast was adequate, being charged for a coffee when we have paid $35 is ridiculous. We also had 2 x steaks which were $60 each and requested a little more pepper sauce we were informed that it would be an additional $1 and then told it would be an extra $5 - this dulled the experience of the dinner which was cooked beautifully and credit to the chef. I've stayed at the Radisson numerous times and this was the worst experience I've had. Also other people eating breakfast were touching the food with their hands, I know you can't control that but it didn't make me feel the food was hygienic.
Location and staff are great. The size of the room is good, and the bathroom has a good amount of bench space, there was also adequate hangers for clothes. Appreciate that.

AustraliaFelt dated. Shower pressure wasn’t great. Only valet parking was onsite. Self parking is offsite in a nearby Wilson’s carpark (this wasn’t clear in communications) and you had to pay per exit or 24hrs which adds up!
Location was close to free trams. Room was spacious. Could borrow an umbrella from concierge which is helpful for Melbourne weather! Staffed 24hrs which is rare these days. Room included an international adaptor for overseas travellers!

ThailandMy room is a connecting room so there is a locked door inside. The connecting door is not sound proof so the person in the room next to me kept slamming the door whenever I was on the phone or listen to the songs. This prevented me from doing things in my room and limited my privacy a lot. Can’t even turn on television/music in my own room around 10pm.
Spacious and clean

ThailandThe toilet in the room i stayed on my first night was not cleaned properly. I found a little stain on the toilet seat but overall it is still considered clean. The towel is hanging too close to the toilet seat

ThailandBreakfast a bit low quality and variety compared with other Radisson I used to stay with. For example, Radisson in Tromso provides more vary of food and menus but this place, even the cold cuts they left un-refil, no eggs menu, no salad (if you called just tomato and cucumber as salad - fine) coffee machine is broken on the first date of my stay and etc. In sum, I am not impress with only breakfast.
The location is not far away from Melbourne Central, Victoria Liabary and those tram lines to flinder station etc. and just one underground station from southern cross station to the hotel. So, overall rating for commute one place to the other place is good. I also rent a car and there is 5 mins parking free just in front hotel doors. Many Thai staff to help with Thai people.

AustraliaA little expensive but you get what you pay for. Staff were good but not particularly warm. View from the room compromised by unsightly construction and uncomfortable proximity to appartments but you get that with the territory.
Great room. Good lighting and very generous size. City views were nice albeit compromised.

New ZealandThe room was in need of a refresh- chipped paint, old carpet. The walls were incredibly thin and we heard every sound, particularly doors slamming all day and night and anyone talking in the hallway.
The location was great- very convenient with a nice view of the garden and skyline from our room on the 6th floor. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

IndiaIt is a bit low end unlike Radisson Blu and not a place to stay if you are used to a bit of luxury. But good value for money for the cost conscious.
Good location right in CBD but away from the hustle and bustle. Peaceful area next to a park. Can hop on and off on the free trams passing close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good.
