The configuration of the bathroom but that couldn’t be helped. The kitchen could have done with more equipment.

There was plenty of room in the apartment. Secure parking. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Loved the morning singer each breakfast!

When checking out we had to wait for approximately 10 minutes before someone attended front desk for checkout. Battery on TV remote control were dead.

The period in which we stayed at the hotel was during Easter and as a result the hotel was short on staff and unable to provide a cooked breakfast which was disappointing considering we had paid and then anticipated for a cooked breakfast.

Some of the facilities were dated. You could see mould staining in the shower which you could tell had been cleaned however, still didn't look great.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Room service was great. We loved that the room came with a kitchenette and essential items. Spa bath is great for a weekend away.

There was a guest from England who is staying with you for 6 days. He suffers from Cerebral Palsy, and he came to the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday morning. He was looking for some assistance from staff to get food selected and get it back to his table. My wife noticed his situation and assisted him to get his food, get to a table and got him a hot drink. We checked on him prior to leaving the restaurant. The staff member on the day was under the pump however did not seem to be aware of what assistance guests with disabilities require. This comment is offered as an opportunity for Rydges to provide some awareness training to staff on the needs of people with disabilities. Prior to that morning, he had been eating in his room, and unfortunately mentioned that based on this experience, he would probably need to eat future meals in his room. His name is David.

We ordered room service and it took one and a half hours to arrive and when it did there was not cutlery.

The room and bathroom was very spacious. It was also nicely decorated. All the facilities were well looked after and clean. The pool and spa was a bonus in the heat.

The pool was out of action since the power outage and it should have been advertised in the website. I was called after I checked out to say the bed was wet!! The room was left spotless and neat. Had to wait in the next town due to signal for 30 mins while they gathered further information. To which they had none and no photos. It was disappointing to be accused of something. There was an apology but it still left a sour taste.

The location is perfect for those travelling for business. Breakfast was extremely good and handy for those on the go early.

The only down side to the short visit was the quality/reception in the restaurant, totally 'cold' compared to the 'warm' at the Rydges desk.

The beds were amazing, the spa in room awesome. We Also loved the swimming pool. Terribly disappointed in the breakfast which was included in the room. (Toast, few bits of ham and salami, cheese. A small selection of fruit. Muesli.) very disappointing)
