For me personally, a full stove and oven is preferable since I have to cook every day for special diets in the family. But I did manage with a double portable cooker and an electric skillet that is provided here.

I like the access to cooking and a kitchen, and a living room and comfortable beds. The linen guy came every 3 or 4 days to collect linen and replace with clean linen. Access to a laundry in the park. Rubbish was collected every afternoon from the bin outside each villa. The air con unit works well to keep us cool or warm, both work well.

Hot water system was broken for about 24 hours. Problem was fixed quickly but not any communication from anyone to tell us the hot water wouldn't be functioning.

Could have been a lot cleaner. Microwave dirty. No bathmat, no face washers, red wine stains on carpets, no Dishwashing liquid and sink plug broken, but threathen extra $30 if didn't washup. Also $30 extra if you didn't remove your garbage... but all available bins were full. So we brought it home 😔 Very pretty outlook.. but smelly due to extensive birdlife and turtles in the lake... shame. Huge potential.

Blankets just smelled a bit and the gas barbeque didn't work, luckily we had our own. There were no lights at the barbeque, we had to use our cellphone lights.

Everything, especially the wildlife! Was amazing to see all the ducks and tortoises and bird species and we fed them every day. We even had a little snake on our porch. Owners was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Both cabins had everything we needed.

They make the guest to do the rubbish. Such a small job but why they can't do it? There were no floor mat anywhere. And they were deducting money from our account without any prior notice. Usually we go and pay. Bit weird

Rooms are outdated. Need a fresh up. Place smells like duck crap. I think my cabin was haunted. Was very scared with some human shadow in my room. I tried to sleep with the TV or the radio on, couldn't.wait to go home to feel safe

Very hard for someone with mobility issues to climb the stairs, hand rails would be great. My mother who uses wheelie walker really struggled to get in.

The location, such a beautiful location, you relax as soon as you get there. Nice spacious rooms. Well equipped.

I had problems connecting to the WiFi.

The relaxed atmosphere. The stunning surroundings and wildlife. Staff were very friendly. I also liked that the gate was controlled by phoning a number.

It was very dated and run down and while I did book a budget room I didn’t expect it to have actual holes in the floor (they were underneath carpet but very noticeable) . There were a ton of bugs both outside and in and twice someone tried to come into our room (once late at night and other time when my kids were napping) - unsure if it was another guest or what but could hear the door and key then someone walked off. Despite all that it was okay enough to say I would stay again however when it came time to checkout the man who works there was right outside my unit and said he will take the keys. I had been told 11 was fine and it was around 1030. I told him I would bring them to reception as I wanted to also get a cold drink and he said that his wife had gone already (door says hours until 11am), so I asked him if he could get it since I had 2 babies and didn’t want to have to stop and take them out of car on such a hot day with a big drive in front of us and he said no. I was floored by this considering how important customer service is in this economy, but to make matters worse before we even left the park I saw him entering the office area. He could have easily made my drive and day better by a simple act of service and refused.

I liked that it was a nice location and the lady Deb at reception was nice. The room was spacious and they allowed me to have a late checkout.

Peace and quiet, the 🐢 turtles and birds are lovely. It is bonus to be able to feed them with food purchased at the reception. Staff where lovely, pool has a ladder to get in.

Even though it was a superior villa, it still feels a bit dated. It needs a good deep clean. The beds could use some replacing. The bowls were a bit small.

Loved the ducks and the turtles. The location was great. Nice and quiet. Gardens were well maintained. Pool is a must in summer. It really had everything you'd need.
