Aircons are pretty loud right outside the bedroom windows as they look onto the roof where the aircon units sit. This is however reflected in the great price !

great location right on the foreshore and excellent bistro below. Free beer on arrival !!!

The location was excellent opposite a beautiful little beach. I enjoyed the village atmosphere. Friendly staff and lovely housekeeper. Free soft drinks in the bar fridge was a wonderful idea 😃

Access to the rooms. There were only stairs and not suited for persons with a disability as there were no lifts or even a chair lift. This made it difficult to get to the first floor.

We requested a cot, was told via Booking.com messages that we were approved for one but on arrival the bookings counter had no idea and said they don't even have cots

The only things I could complain about but it wouldn’t affect me from staying in the future, the fan in the bathroom was very weak so the bathroom fogged up really easily, I think having no windows in the bathroom the fan needs to be a lot stronger. We’re going in to 2024 and the tv isn’t a smart tv, it’d be nice to be able to sign in and watch Netflix away from home. And lastly upon arrival the staff member I dealt with wasn’t aware that our room key could be used to enter the building, she had told us that once we go upstairs and the pub closes we will not be able to get back in if we went out. She did provide us with a jug of soft drink and a jug of water after we expressed needing to get some drinks from the service station. The issue was resolved the next morning upon speaking with another staff member that assured me if I go out I can get back in :)

The room size was great for a nightcap. I found the location to be nice and relaxing and not too far away from the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Beach within walking distance and some nice cafes within walking distance to get some breakfast and coffee. The room facilities were great, mini bar was complimentary and restocked daily. Tea, coffee & milk also provided with a kettle & bar fridge. I love that room service was available for dinner so we could enjoy the food while having a quiet night in. I’d recommend and will definitely stay again. The housekeeper was lovely & so we’re all of the staff we dealt with during our stay.

View from window marred by air conditioning vents, no one available for checkin as they were working in the bistro and call through phone not working. Stairs to rooms were manageable but I hadn’t realised this fact when booking so it was difficult for my 88 year old mother. Woken by early morning TV watcher in the next room.

Location was great near cafes and station and the function we were attending. Room was comfortable and windows could be opened.

The view, the rooftop is covered a large part of the sea view. But you can still see part of it.
