How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Was really cold when we visited and the door of our room didnt seal properly so we had a cold draft all night. We were tucked into a corner and had to park vehicle in front of a different room. Internet was slow
The bed was great. Shower was hot, great water pressure and heaps of water. Not enough milk, coffee or tea, plenty of sugar. Had biscuits left as well. Couldve asked for extra I suppose. Staff were very good at check in and brought our ordered breakfast before the requested time.

Easy to access from all directions going into the motel but really only a left turn out then either a U turn or drive around the block to go back to certain roads.
Great pool area and staff.

The bed seemed a little bit solid. The pool looks great but was very cold. The spa was good but it didn’t really get that warm/hot and keep getting cold.
It was very simple and nice. Was affordable for 3 nights. Location was pretty good being close to everything.

they offer breakfast but its mainly a kitchen and you make your own food, not much option available, some food was open from previous people.
Staff was welcoming and helpful at the check in.

I didn’t like the lack of power points because there was an older microwave there in the room but nowhere to plug it in if you have the tv on and another appliance like the kettle or toaster. There was a roach that I killed but I’m sure most of them are from outside at night. Door was a little worse for wear on the inside.
I liked that there was a pool, a heated spa, a sofa, fridge, decent tv and allocated parking spaces for each room. Also really like the sensor lights that lit up once a car begins to drive in or out of the motel so it’s easier to see. Also really like the wireless charging pad beside the bed and the fact that there were 2 extra pillows I could get from the wardrobe. Thought it was cool too that they had sensor pads and fobs instead of traditional keys for the rooms (especially for the price).

Room was not clean dirty floors bathroom did no re stock toilet paper bought my own.asked for an extra towel was told no to can not advertise you have a continental breakfast and after you have paid tell you it is cereal and toast that is not a continental breakfast had to get your own breakfast but I had no bowls in my room or spoons no knife to butter your toast which I also bought as I did not feel the need to line up each morning to get so called continental breakfast and asked for them not to go in our room but they did anyway

The location was perfect for my needs. Facilities very good. Comfortable bed. Staff helpful. Enjoyed the pool/ spa after a hot day. I didn’t have the breakfast as I had arranged to meet people. However, the option of the included breakfast is a good one, which I would have taken up if not for other commitment.

Just the noise on weekdays from building site although I’m a meditator requiring absolute silence. May be ok for some ,nothing that TV or music couldn’t drown out.
The property was warm and welcoming easy walk to main beach though a few blocks away. Was a little noisy going on next door Staff were lovely friendly.7/11 across the road for easy morning coffee. Bbq area pool and communal kitchen

Continental breakfast was included but we had to clean after ourselves which I didn’t expect for a holiday.
The staff were very nice. They had a good swimming facility which included a hot tub and slide
