The bathroom design makes me confused. If I want to use the shower, I need to reach to the other side of the shower to control it, and the bathroom has no door, so the water can not be blocked, and always flow to the floor outside the bathroom

location of the hotel is such convenient fot us, we are easy to go almost everywhere by walk.

The fixtures and fittings were vintage (with a piece of wire of sorts sticking out on one of the walls in one of the bedrooms). The water temperature and power were both lacking. The shower left me feeling colder than when I went in. There carpet had stains, and there were brown spots on one of the sheets. For a 4.5 star hotel I was expecting something a bit cleaner.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when we requested for extra bed padding for my toddler, which we needed because the makeshift crib they had looked quite lightweight and the mat was quite thin (definitely not a matress).The location was very convenient and close to tram lines and the botanical garden.

The room was clean but a little tired. The pillows were not good quality and the bath had a large rust stain in the base.

The hotel was opposite The Shrine and short tram ride into the city centre. Great Location.

For its age it’s a great place to stay. Tram and convenience store are close by. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Apartments are well equiped. Beds are comfortable.

The fridge wasn't working and it looked like it hadn't for a long time. Kitchen needed more crockery! We ordered food in 1 night and there wasn't enough bowels/plates and glasses for us (2 adults and 3 kids).

Big comfortable beds with plenty of pillows to choose from. Plenty enough space for a family and location was easy to access the city and St Kilda by trams. Drove to front of hotel to unload the car and then parked the car underground for the entirety of our stay, really easy and convenient. Kids loved the pool and spa!

Nothing at all! Perfection!

Location location , cleanliness , location and room facilities being kettle , washing machine and dryer and microwave. Dont always use any of them but great to know you can but honestly , the location is 2nd to none with the tan and the shrine directly across the road and everything else a walk or a tram ride away :)

A bit of bench space around kitchenette area would be helpful. There were no plugs for bathroom…basin or bath,altho staff found me one elsewhere.The decor perhaps a little dated,but that was a non issue for me.

Great location, close to beach, great restaurants and shop and car rental. The pool was lovely. The apartment was spacious, comfortable with good wifi and the kitchen well equipped.

I was very pleased with everything I experienced and received. Nothing I can think of to improve it for us.

The hotel is located on St Kilda Road, two minutes away from the Tram Stop. This is the first hotel we have booked that offered a balcony. The view was great, facing the shrine. Large and modern room. I would like also to mention how smiling and welcoming were the two ladies at the reception. Quite often staff when checking in are stern and gloomy, these were not. A great change.
