How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

During our stay one of the two lifts to the building was/ became out of service which did make it difficult at time waiting for the lift, but this was not anyone’s fault just made the process of getting to your room longer due to the amount of people coming and going for the same reasons.
Location was good and easy to get around

One lift was out of service during the entirety of the stay which was a big inconvenience due to unnecessarily long waiting timing for the lift.

The beds were too hard for my liking, i love a super soft bed and most hotels don't cater to super soft beds. So im used to not having comfy beds in hotels that i stay at.
Reception process was smooth, staff were friendly at check in and check out. Room was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and tidy. The amenities were good. There is a BBQ area in the garden, we didn't use it but its an option. We attended a Pink Concert at the stadium, it was a 40min walk from the hotel. Very easy to get to. The Train stn was only a 20min walk. Very easy to get to. There was a supermarket 5 min up the road with other novelty shops and lots of restaurants to choose from. Paid parking was available to guests. Very quiet even though the hotel backs onto a main road, we didn't hear any noise once inside. I would stay here again.

No airport bus pickup. Cost of Maxi taxi way to expensive. For the cost of the taxi we could have stayed at Rydges and walked across to airport. You have all the right things BUT you need to get airport shuttle services pickup. PLUS info on how to get from central station to your hotel by bus.
Facilities, lap pool etc. very happy with ground floor unit. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness of the apartment was poor, we addressed with management and they were going to follow up. Benches not wiped, floors not mopped.

Our room didn’t get serviced while we were there. Was a bit of a hike into the City but we did find it easy to get a taxi.
Easy to get to, easy parking option and close to Allianz Stadium. The staff were great and the apartment was clean and had all amenities we required. Lots of eateries and a supermarket were within walking distance. The staff at reception were polite and nothing was a problem when we asked for information, more tea bags and milk.

The beds were quite hard, not very comfortable. Sleepable....
Fantastic establishment, pool, spa and sauna were wonderful and the staff were outstanding always checking if we are ok and also came to the apartment to help us sort out the chrome casting issues I was having.

Their entertainment system was extremely unreliable. Connecting to the TV through Google casting was frustrating as it only worked about 20% of the time.
We very much enjoyed the comfortable bed and the pool/spa

I payed a lot of money to stay there. When I booked I accepted the cost only to find out that if I booked later, closer to the date I would have payed 50% of what I paid. Felt cheated.
We had a 3 bedroom suite, very comfortable with full size kitchen. Everything you needed

Room had a bad odour on entry - staff were quick to try and rectify. Also, only one elevator working for 22 floors - we ended up having to use the fire stairs just to get out 3 times as we could not get onto the elevator; one time with all our luggage so we could check out on time

Just lacked the final touches eg cloth to clean with and daily refills of coffee and tea etc. beyond hotels control but on the search engine I looked for accommodation close to Moore Park.... this was not the case
Staff were great..... room was good. Shower was awesome
