We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The breathtaking porch view evokes quiet solitude that makes you feel calm and peaceful. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and Drew has always made us feel welcome. United KingdomLocation was stunning, very close to the Great Ocean Road and the Twelve Apostles. The views were fabulous, properties were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in Harbour and Coastal suites, the views from the balconies were beautiful, kangaroos visited the neighbouring fields and garden each evening. Our friends stayed in Anchorage, which was beautiful, cosy with a great hot tub overlooking the gardens. Altogether fabulous place.

The views from our cottage were beautiful. We also loved the jacuzzi and the wood fire. Our host welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine as we were staying on our honeymoon. Lovely personal touch and very appreciated. We will definitely come back.

AustraliaThe road to the accom was being redone and there were some minor delays and coordinating with work trucks to share the road. Nothing too major though.
A great place to retreat from the busy day to day of life. The fiji cottage we stayed in had a stunning vie of the valley below, which was great to enjoy at sunset and overlooking the spa. Host was very helpful and provided lots of suggestions for things to do near by. Local area has great country hospitality and highly recommend doing the food and wine trail.

AustraliaWe loved everything about the hotel, except that if you want to buy something from the supermarket, the nearest one is in Apolo Bay or Port Campbel. So if you are planning to do shopping, do it on your way or if you don't mind a wonderful drive enjoying picturesque views it's not bad either. We obviously did the latter. So in a way its not something that we didn't like, just something that you can consider.
We loved everything about it. The location, location and location with amazing views. I guess the pictures can't do them justice. You have got to experience it. The room was amazing with all the facilities in it like a fully equipped kitchen, and an on-suite with a spa. You are welcomed by different kinds of birds, and cows from the local farm and if you are lucky there will be kangaroos too. A great time to read and relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

AustraliaWe would've liked a BBQ to cook on (I thought there was one mentioned in the description) and champagne glasses. Previous guests hadn't cleaned the dishes properly. A bigger TV and some DVDs for the DVD player wouldn't go a miss. Will book one of the other cottages next time as I think they will suit us better.
The bedroom was lovely, with beautiful views and a small balcony. The view from the spa bath was great also. Loved the quiet, peaceful location. Appreciated not having guests in the other room at the same time as us.
