The pool is a bit cold, but didn't bother us too much with the creek to swim in.

This is our second time in this resort and the location is fantastic, peaceful with a wonderful view of the creek and just a short walk into Kingscliff to the beach, playground, cafes etc. Really appreciated staff of Kingscliff Accommodation (Cleaning and Office), who located and returned to us my child's bunny teddy, which he left behind in the sheets, when we packed up and went home. You made a little boy so happy, thank you!

The wifi isn't reliable. It didn't work at all for the first day. I had to call reception for them to reset it.

Location and view are just perfect. The size of the 2 bedroom unit is so good aswell.

There was an odour throughout the apartment, possible musty/mould? Doors to balcony need attention as they were not easy to slide; microwave was very noisy; a double bed in the main bedroom of a holiday rental does not rate well.

Location is the selling point.

Unit 14. Light bulbs out everywhere, had to put one of the only working lamps in the bathroom to have a shower! Outdoor setting aluminium rubbish. Mattresses in the twin were ordinary. Vertical blinds, really? Received a text on the second day to say smoking on the balcony not permitted, yet no signs anywhere in the unit or on the documentation we got with keys. $320 a night was steep for what we got. Won’t be returning 👎🏻

The kitchen items were very limited and very miss matched. Just glad I only saw the cockroach crawling over the plates in the cupboard as we were packing up. Tv in bedroom didn’t work. Lamps in main bedroom were very old and stained.

We found the units a little outdated, but what stood out the most was that there was no internet available for use, most of the tv channels didn't work, and my mum had to wait days to access her garage as the keys weren't working and it was incredibly difficult to get help once checked in. We also lost power for a few hours because we tried to use two appliances at the same time...

The location was awesome. Walking distance to Kingscliff restaurants etc and the view was incredible. Pool was also a plus

Having to walk the 1/2 mile back to reception on checkout, should be able to leave the keys in the apartment or a lockbox.

The apartment was very spacious, had a great view and was a short walk to the beach and shops. It had everything that was needed and extremely quiet. Could definitely do with an upgrade in the bathrooms.

Non-existant wifi at this apartment. Sliding double doors & screens to balcony broken/ only 1 door & screen able to open properly. No map/property layout visible at location or provided prior to arrival. We arrived after hours in the dark. No staff are on site at this location to assist. Great difficulty locating apartment. Poor lighting at this time of night added to difficulty. Had notified property management of our late arrival, but no information given to assist locating apt in the dark.

No remote for the main television, no iron and the second bathroom it looked like they hadn’t finished cleaning the bathroom.

Didn’t compare to the pictures advertised, taps were rusty and carpet was stained. The main shower constantly dripped and the ensuite shower tap fell off. Single beds easily moved and fell apart. The furniture was outdated and not comfortable.

Problem with little or no mobile reception inside & outside units. I am 71 staying on my own & need to be able to keep in contact with family Also some basics like washing liquid & cooking oil would improve short stays

The parking garage was too small, including the height for a larger type of vehicle and will only fit a smaller type of car as they have a storage locker in the front.

Check in information very confusing. Limited toiletries for 3 days. I suggest to have a supply of kitchen basics oil salt pepper etc kept in the kitchen to use when xooking

The unit was dirty. White blinds were full of dirt and mould. Skirting boards were dirty. Trees in front of our view. I booked a top unit and got a bottom unit. I'm a chronic asthmatic so had asthma the whole time.
