Being in a room right above the car park. The garage door squeaks and every time a car hits the grate at the bottom of the garage your hear to cluncking noises. It kept me awake for 2 nights. There was also sometimes cars blaring music.

We loved the restaurant/Bar and cafe. There is an extensive cocktail menu and they're all so delicious. Try the buffalo wings they're amazing! The outdoor pool is heated really well and the rooms and apartments are served every day just like a hotel. The hot chocolate they provide in the room is really good!

The only thing that could be improved is that some of the furniture eg: couch was very old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise everything was great.

The apartment was falling apart. Carpet missing in the main room so multiple lumpy mats over the metre hole. Main bathroom door handle fell off and the door also doesn't close all the way. Toilet paper holders broken, flooding in the living area not cleaned properly, coffee splats on floor, water damage around kitchen area making the floors uneven. Spoke with someone a week before I checked in and they asked what the occasion was etc, I advised 6 adults checking in but when we checked in only 3 coffee cups, 2 drinking Glasses and one champagne glass. The phone in the apartment is not connected.you need to google the place and call.

The apartment was spacious and we had a great view of the pool. Multiple balconies and a separate outdoor area. Pool was great and relaxing well thought out design. Close to town.

Very expensive, but prices were inflated by Australia Day rates and surcharges Parking was not enough ton site. Parked on the streets most of the stay. Staff member offered to move his car out of the basement car park because there were no parks left which was nice of him. Being sold to attend a seminar the second after we checked in. Might have been a bit more receptive if I hadn’t been totally drained from a 4 hour drive that I’d just ended.

Great staff, great pool area and tennis court. Staff behind the bar were very good and very accommodating.

The outdoor pool is fantastic! It's heated with a huge spa area. You can order handmade cocktails and food to eat by the pool. There is a great poolside restaurant that sells amazing breakfast and dinner and they do gourmet pizza 24 hours a day. There is also a cafe in the lobby that to the best toasties I've ever had. There is a kids park with an outdoor BBQ next to it so you can cook up some dinner. The apartments are very spacious with a washing machine and a dryer which was a godsend. I can't wait to come back.

The back on the bathroom door had some sort of dirt or blood mark on it, old plastic bath mat in the room, the tap on bath sticks out which makes it hard for two people to comfortably bathe. The requested Champagne in room for a surprise was great but would have been better if it was cold. Saturday afternoon the bar closed at peak pool time.
