While our overall experience at the hotel was generally positive, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. One notable area of concern was the speed of room service, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. Multiple occasions required me to make two calls for various requests, indicating a noticeable delay in response time. This slowed down the convenience factor that one typically expects from room service during a hotel stay. A somewhat disappointing encounter occurred when friends came to visit, and the receptionist requested a fee of 40 manat per person for them to enter my room. This policy seemed rather excessive and unexpected, as it is customary for guests to have visitors during their stay without incurring such charges. This approach left a somewhat negative impression, detracting from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. The view from my balcony was another aspect that didn't quite meet expectations. Instead of a pleasant or picturesque scene, the view was rather poor. This element, while subjective, can significantly impact the overall enjoyment of the stay, especially for those who value scenic surroundings. In terms of dining, the prices were somewhat on the higher side. For instance, a seemingly basic item like a bowl of soup costing 12 manat may be considered steep, especially when compared to similar offerings in the vicinity. While quality is paramount, the perception of value for money is also essential, and in this regard, the pricing seemed a bit elevated. In conclusion, while the hotel had many positive aspects, such as a smooth check-in process, helpful staff, and spacious rooms, there were notable areas of improvement. The sluggish room service, the unexpected fee for guests, the lackluster balcony view, and relatively high prices for certain items all contributed to a less-than-ideal experience in these specific aspects.

Our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy, thanks to the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Their assistance set a positive tone for our entire stay. The hotel staff proved to be not only helpful but also exceptionally friendly throughout our time there. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of our accommodation, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. From the lobby to our room, everything was impeccably maintained, creating a hygienic and inviting environment. Additionally, the convenience of free airport pickup further enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's complimentary shuttle service added a layer of convenience to our travel plans, making the transition to and from the airport seamless and stress-free. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. This unexpected gesture showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.

It’s quite far from the train station and no near restaurants in the area. The food were basic and but so bad.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The amenities are complete and the staff were very gracious and helpful. Good value for money!

(1) Low signal and low speed of wifi internet (2) Smell of cigarettes (from the walls) previously smoked in my room. I stoped smoking years ago and that smell (even if on the minimum) annoys me much

The elevator is very small and slow. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, there was no light near the closet, there was a very bad smell in the toilet and drops of water were flowing, I think it was because of the old sewage system, they called the plumber but the smell did not go away, we were with a child and it was difficult to live in this room, we wanted to change the room but they said that the hotel is full.

Very nice stuff, we liked that room was big, after check out they allowed to stay till 14:00, restaurant meals were tasty

I did not like the breakfast, its was just below average considering the amount has been paid. The hotel is 7 floor building, and it only has one small lift which takes more waiting time if you have to use lift. Only 4 people can manage to come. Taking lift with lugage it become difficult as you need to come again to take your lugage. Its 8 floor builfing and having 80 to 90 rooms one lift is not enough.

I like the room and thats the only thing good in the hotel.

No lights in the lobby at night. The hotel looked dark and grim as we arrived late. Small elevator. No main access for prams, luggage etc. had to be carried up and down the main steps.
