My only issue is that hotels in this region think it is still winter in April, despite being in the low 20s (Celcius) so the heating was on. So we had to sleep with the windows open which was quite noisy.

The rooms were huge and very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The hotel had parking out front which was available for us. The locstion is good not far from the centre of town, which is a walkable distance but we chose to drive to town. There is a nice looking restaurant at the front, although we didn't get a chance to try it as we had only one night.

The spa is small. However, there is no specific timeframe to schedule the appointment for the spa.You cannot just walk in to the spa, or if you schedule the appointment there is no guarantee that the previous visitors left. Suggestion : maybe to put fix appointments on round hours, so everyone can enjoy the spa.

Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Hygiene is very good. The breakfast was great - a lot of choices. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Location of the hotel is good and it's well connected.

I was woken several times in the night by dogs barking; not a hotel issue but mentioning it if you don’t like sleeping with earplugs.

The room was spacious, modern and very well equipped. Nice touches were a bowl of fresh fruit, soft drinks in the fridge (paid for on departure) and a spa bath. Excellent value for money.

Overall the place offers a great value for money with polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with traditional domestic specialities on offer. Recommend it for either business or pleasure stay.

Weak WiFi network at room. The girl at the reception was not helpful and nice to deal with, she did not provide an induction on arrival, she just handed me the room card.

The room was spacious and clean. The reception man was helpful when asking for help, once I called him to inquire about the heater and he came to the room immediately to help. The restaurant waitress was nice and helpful.

the hotel is located only 10 min walk from the city centre, but the surrounding is not so inviting - main road with heavy traffic and half-finished buildings.

Everyone smokes inside and there is no dedicated space for non smokers !! As vegan, eating in restaurant was very limiting. But kindness and willingness to help by every member of staff that I’ve encountered was amazing (and made everything right.) Thank you beautiful humans 🙏

Spa wasn't open, as the employee that is working there closed it early. As it says that workings hours are 14-22, and we wanted to go to at 19:30. Besides that everything else was great.

Nice and cozy, great employee's, breakfast had local cheeses and meat products. Great pancakes with pistachio :)

Shame smoking is allowed inside of the hotel. 😕 No kettle in the rooms.

Staff was lovely and helpful. When we arrived there was a loud wedding party and we haven't heard hardly any of it in our room so can say soundproofing works well. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a good location.
