Gym is quite basic and could be improved

Amazing location, beautiful outdoor terrace, we had a huge room overlooking the main street (which did make it a little noisy), staff were helpful, overall wonderful place to stay

It was quite hot in the room. There very some scratches on the furniture and doors, which I didn't expect in a 5-star hotel.

Overall the hotel is perhaps in need of some refurbishment to really feel like a five star experience, and one of the more expensive places to stay in the city. A few small issues, with things not working as they should. I had two showers oddly, but I couldn't get the bigger one to work at all. One small lift, so found it quicker to use the stairs generally.

Great location in the centre of Sarajevo, near the market and lots of bars and restaurants. Despite the busy area, it was still quiet. The standard room I had was very large and well furnished, overlooking the main street below, and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was quite varied. The outside cafe spaces look nice, but it was snowing when I was there, so one for the summer vistors!

Like all places in Sarajevo, smoking is allowed in the bar and the gym facilities are a bit outdated

Very helpful and friendly staff. Talking about location, more central almost impossible. Cafe Vienna mediates a actual Viennese atmosphere, and the tarts a slight taste of Austrian confectionary. Perfect parking possibility.

smoking policy… in some areas the smell of smoke is off putting for non smokers… my room was fine though and didn’t smell of smoke

Avoid rooms facing to the night club and bar on the opposite side of the street, you won't be able to sleep.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, everything is in a walking distance. Good breakfast.

Room cards did not work. We were only given 1 key. Request for an iron was met with confusion. Lobby is very loud and busy due to hotel hosting weddings. Bed comfort was “fair” and AC was adequate, not ice cold (at least according to USA standards). Elevator small and slow.

Location is key. Everything else is mediocre.

they turn off the AC although it mentioned Air conditioning when I booked the room but when I arrived there they told us that they turn off the AC system in whole hotel since this is the winter season but we feel warm inside the room which enforce us to open the windows and listen to noise outside especially at night which is bad experience and the fridge in room 422 is not working so all stuff inside are hot. all rooms overlook the street and there is no views of mountains as they mentioned.
