A bit out of the city but still a good location. Lots of parking on site and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good and relatively uncomplicated. Also the room had a nice balcony

SlovakiaRooms (at least ours) has signs of intensive usage, requires a bit more maintance. Location is remote from Neum centrum, without access to the main beaches. Supermarket and restaurant is in a walking distance. It is not on the beach, as it is written, but on the other hand, the Jazine beach (other side then other beaches) is easily accessible by a few minutes walk.
The hotel itself looks nice, there is great staff at the reception, ready to help with any kind of problem.

I did some changes in the reservation before coming to the hotel, looks they were not communicated properly within the staff. I think the hotel needs some TLC. The building and the rooms are quite dated and the level of cleanliness in the apartment that we rented wasn’t up to the mark. The breakfast was ok with very little vegetarian options available. Although the hote claims to have air conditioning but the only outlet for air conditioning in the apartment was in the lounge / sitting area and in the corridor. Neither one of the two bedrooms had any air conditioning outlets. The only saving Grace for me as far as the hotel was concerned was the extremely friendly and helpful staff

GermanyWe have stayed in this hotel ,many times ,over the years. It has gone down hill a lot. There is no maintenance carried out. The bedroom furniture should be replaced. The worst problem is that they don't use the correct exchange rate for the euro. Needless to say it's to their advantage!
The location is great. There is a wonderful panorama from the hotel. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. The lady who served us dinner, the evening of our stay, and supervised breakfast the following morning was fabulous. Well done to her!

HungaryThere were lots of missed opportunities. Arrival: until you pay, they will keep your passport or ID card (you will have to cross the Croatian or Bosnian border wherever you go). They ask for more money than the amount indicated on booking.com (1 single and 1 double room booked for a fixed amount, but the manager talking to the receptionist at the end of the phone doesn't care). Four room changes are made before an acceptable room is found. What is the problem? The door handle is hanging inside. The clean sheets are wet. No duvet, just a blanket to put over me after I've covered myself with the sheet (very unhygienic). All the sockets in the room do not work. The clean towels are dirty. The shower barely drains, but the shower tray / WC is running on the floor. The shower head is leaking. The pillowcases are stained.No heating (5-7 C at night), no air conditioning (hot during the day), Ghost TV channels, hanging antenna cables, a gutter smell coming from the bathroom extractor fan, and cigarette smoke coming through the non-functioning central air conditioner from the next room. Smoke alarms are on in every room. The room's walls are covered in a bloody mess. Take your pick! There is no forbidden smoking in the hotel. The hotel is run as a workers' hotel. There are daily stays of "hotel guests" with unqualified manners, cleanliness, coughing, croaking, being loud in the room, smoking, and not knowing how to behave. They sit in the dining room in dirty work clothes and then sit on the dirty chair. It is very unhygienic. The buffet breakfast is served to the working group first (ok, it happens), but while they gobble everything up and cough it up, the rest of the hostel guests have to pick and choose from what's left (if anything is left at all). The receptionists barely speak English; it's hard to even complain. These aspects made it a huge disappointment.
The accommodation is in a nice location, and if the operator's attitude wasn't so careless, it could be a pretty good place.

AlbaniaI requested a double room with double bed with full sea view and she gives me a triple room with 3 single beds and 2 of them were near with each other with a few sea-view . Its not clean the fridge dont work . The bed wasn’t comfortable and i cannot sleep next to my boyfriend as i have boards of the bed that were wood . wifi was not working. It's a bonus that the hotel has it's own restaurant with big terrasse with local cuisine and very tasty a la cart food. The other bonus is the market - shop outside the hotel in the same building with drinks and food and also some turist books. And at the end: BIG parking!

Bosnia and HerzegovinaI didn't like that the waiter for dinner was drunk like hell, but he was so very welcome and helpful that we started to drink with him.
We loved the breakfast. So fresh, so tasty and extra large portions. You get a plenty of choices. Hotel have a great view over Jazine bay, and a great area behind the hotel where you can do barbeque without any limitation.
