Rooms are clean and quiet, pool was amazing. Hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old town. Good and stable Wifi connection.

Nice and clean pool. Safe parking. Lovely hosts and their kids. Spacious and clean room with strong A/C. Excellent breakfast. And only few minutes from centre by car. Or 10 minutes walk to Old bridge.

Bathroom is not very comfortable, but that is not big deal for us.

Location is about 10 minutes to bridge. There is a free car parking. Located near highway, but in the night it did not disturbed at all. Great guy on the front desk.

This kind of hotel should put kettle and few cups for a tea in the room. This is the only thing that would make this place perfect! You can always order tea, coffee, or other beverages it in the lobby, but the the bottle of water and kettle should be in the room.

We arrived Mostar after a long drive from Serbia and Bosnia Herzogovina was our second country in our honeymoon tour of the Balkans ♥︎ We were welcomed with a big smile and even got an upgraded apartment complement of the host for our celebration and some flowers and chocolates too! It was lovely really! Thank you again. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and we had great 2 nights there! The location is very comfortable if you have a car, regarding a free and easy parking spot. But there is a walk to the old town center, around 8 - 10 minutes. Its a nice and easy walk and feel safe and nice tough. All the facilities in the room are great and Mostar is a hidden crown jewel! ★★☆★★

Stuff, quite impolite lady receptionist. Poor&old equipment in apartment (kitchen as well as TV).

The hotel is located on a main road and walking to it felt at times dangerous. The WI-FI in the room would cut in and out.

Fantastic staff. Polite and spoke fantastic English. Felt comfortable on arrival. Room was fantastic and had amazing A/C.

Check in did not provide information about notifying a day ahead for breakfast even though we asked about breakfast details when checking in. The room was sufficient, nothing special. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open close all the way.

The pool was lovely and the location was central.

Most of the rooms had no working outlets. The beds were too firm. Sofa bed was a very firm sofa. Hairdryer didn’t work. Not enough hot water. Barely enough for two people to shower back to back and we had a group of 5 people.

The natural lighting in the rooms isn't good. The breakfast is very average and isn't worth 7 Euros per person per day.

The hotel is only a 10 min walk away from the Old Town. A decent small pool. Parking in the hotel is free. The hotel isn't overly busy. Air conditioning was good for the hot weather. Staff were helpful.

Was completely different to the listing online, we double checked that the room had a balcony before coming but it didn’t. It also didn’t have lots of the facilities it was supposed to have e.g. seating area and kettle. Pool was very shallow and only a couple of sunbeds. The information is also wrong as it’s a 40 minute walk from the bus station when it is listed as a 7 minute walk. The manager didn’t listen to our issues and claimed that it was nothing to do with him. Overall too expensive as not actually what is advertised.

The staff fixed our issue and moved us to a new room, were also happy to help with calling a taxi, etc…

We took the "best" apartment for the family, the most expensive as well. It was huge but very dark, only one wardrobe but with no hangers in it , so we had to keep most of our clothes ins the case. Threre was a big kitchen but very poorly equipped. The owners run it for "one night tourists", I spent there 3 or 4 nights with family and wes very disappointed. The pool looks bigger on the photos, in fact it is very small and and parly under the stairs.

The boy at the reception really tried to help. Tried to organise hangers to the wardrobe ( succeded only with 2 ) or a knife so we could cut the melon.

Everything was perfect. Quiet and wonderful place to relax. Clean rooms, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have the sweetest garden where you can enjoy food and drink if you are not in the mood for a pool. All recommendations :)
