No heating-airconditioning. Cold room and bathroom. Unconfy bed. Dirty, mouldy fridge. Wornout bathrobe. Cold swimming pool. Moldy and dirty turkish sauna. Paid in advance for premium room but given classic. No refund given after complaint.

1 or 2 staff members were really friendly the opposite to the rest we interacted with, shower leaks, everything in the gym was rusty and broken, rude welcome an employee was screaming at us for i don't know why. We missed our flight back because the forgot to give us our passports back, and that's to say the least, worst experience in my life.

The smell of smoke in every part of hotel, smoke cloud at the reception. Staff in restaurant caughing on plates, eat food with their fingers, lick their fingers, and then touch guests' food again. Plates are dirty. Bread and bagels are old and dry. My partner got food poisoning on the 2nd day and the only thing she ate different than me was chicken salami at the hotel restaurant that morning. We had to leave our ID for a couple of hours at the reception during registration for a job that takes 2 minutes. We visited during Covid pandemic, only one person wore a mask.

The room is very spacious and the chairs quite comfortable.

Attention: Here we are talking about a 5-star hotel! - Price performance ratio very poor. - When I arrived, there was an issue with the water. - Heating in the bathroom did not work. (It's winter at the moment!) As a result, the tiles were ice cold. - The hotel is very old and you can tell by the dirty carpets and old furniture. - The cleanliness leaves much to be desired

- The staff at the reception was quite friendly. Mirela and the younger man were very competent and accommodating! - Free parking (outside)

parking is free but next time hope i will find a button to ring the reception. i don’t like to check out or go out to visit the city by car and come back to ask to open the gate. happened two times. :)

Windows of rooms are sealed ! No way of outside ventilation ! Which is horrible , there was A/C machine but it made me so sick ! So I had to switch it off and sleep with no healthy air from outdoors ! Also the breakfast was not really satisfactory ! There was no bofet as it should be , and the food in plates wasn't also satisfactory . It. Was just a decorative act from the chief there !

The whole staff was wonderful, mostly serving you with smiled faces , the elevator s technic was so amazing , responding withn seconds, so nice hotel facilities , there is a medical clinic attachment to the hotel which is best for a treatment and a swift PCR make action for the departure .

Caffe is not work, you can't drink coffe on pool becouse don't work. In spa atmosphere is bad, no music no people everything is death

We stayed in room 904. In our booking we asked for non smoking room: OK. We wanted soft comfortable bed with low pillows: we got a hard bed without topmattress and hard high pillows. The AC-unit (under the window) did sound like we had a truck in the room. I have stayed before several times at Radon Plaza and I have allways been more or less satisfied, but this time I'm very disappointed!

A great hotel with a very interesting - rotating - restaurant on the top. The rooms are compared to other hotels very big and there is a lot of space. Definitley my joice again for my next stay in Sarajevo.

Breakfast was ok. Had to change rooms 3 times as they were not suitable for me and kids. View of the first room was horrible (as from horror movies). Bad smell from the toilet & washroom area.

The room is not cold. I ordered something from their restaurant and they accepted my order but not delivere it until now.

All facilities in side the room was old and uesd. Abd the room temperature was not decreasing blow 26° degree. So they changed my room to smaller than I booked. After that I canceled my reservation and I made early check out.

They have friendly staff, and good breakfast.
